The music was great which made the hard workout more enjoyable. Sean kept checking in on me since it was my first time which was really sweet!! The person who helped me check in at the front went over how thr class was structured and told me about all the amenities. The main reason for my 3 stars is i literally left this class covered in black stuff all over my clothes and body, the equipment is so dirty... like literal dirt on my skin my alo skirt is probably ruined. This stuff is normal at a 24hr fitness but not a freaking barrys bootcamp $600 a month classes. PLEASE properly clean your equipment. Also, I was doing a lot of things incorrectly and was wasting time and possibly risking an injury. Lastly, after only six weeks I saw a significant difference and people were commenting on it. A courtesy call would have been nice saying hey I see it's your first class please come in 15 minutes early or else you can't go in. No one called me. The front desk worker said we can't text you because you opted out to marketing texts. A call to inform me about a policy is far from a marketing text. Especially when she mentioned this is a common issue with a lot of customers. If it's a common issue; why do you continue to let it happen? Call your customers and inform them. They need to be more courteous of peoples time and money. Everyone commutes in Los Angeles from different parts of the city so wasting someone's time like this is unprofessional.
