A courtesy call would have been nice saying hey I see it's your first class please come in 15 minutes early or else you can't go in. No one called me. The front desk worker said we can't text you because you opted out to marketing texts. A call to inform me about a policy is far from a marketing text. Especially when she mentioned this is a common issue with a lot of customers. If it's a common issue; why do you continue to let it happen? Call your customers and inform them. They need to be more courteous of peoples time and money. Everyone commutes in Los Angeles from different parts of the city so wasting someone's time like this is unprofessional.
