I was honestly reluctant to write this review because part of me doesn't want more people finding this place but I can't be that selfish, so here we go. Results Fitness Center is a true gem and one of the last gyms in LA that still has a soul. The owner, Leo, is present, genuinely cares about the community more than scaling, and truly believes in what he's built. The members aren't zombies staring into space with headphones on, people actually say hello, respect each other, and still give you your space to train. There's a real energy here that's hard to explain unless you experience it. Results Gym is the perfect place to kick off your fitness goals for 2026. I've been coming here since Leo, the owner, opened this location end of last year and it's not like any gym I've been to before. One of the major perks (aside from being exceptionally clean) is that you receive a fob and are able to come anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Along with the membership option, he also has packages for personal training. Some other things to mention - there's a lot of parking, 2 restrooms with showers and towels, and cubbies to put your items. Come check it out, you'll be glad you did! I've been going to Results for two years now and it's been amazing. Having a private trainer has helped build and strengthen my body. Esteban, is always ready and cheerful and easy to be around. The place is perfectly private. There are people working out with trainers or you can just pay a monthly membership fee to use the gym. Most importantly, Leo, the owner, is always around encouraging everyone and keeping a watchful eye on the place which is always impeccably clean. Five stars, no hesitation. Results Fitness is super clean, the vibe is chill and supportive, and it has everything you need. All the equipment plus ample floor space for core work and stretching. And there is 24-hour key-fob access for members, which is a huge plus. It is not just a trainer gym (you can just be a member and use as much as you want), but all of the trainers seem great. And while I'd love to gate-keep, I can't recommend Tyana highly enough! She has been amazing in helping me turn back the clock and rebuild strength and flexibility. She is a great motivator and is able to adapt workouts to any specific needs/limitations. Results is a neighborhood gym in the best way possible, and delivers on being a friendly, positive, low-key environment. I started training with Esteban just eight weeks ago, working out 2-3 days a week, and I'm amazed by the results. I feel stronger and fitter than I have in years. I also truly admire Leo, the owner. He runs a disciplined, well-organized gym with a strong focus on cleanliness and order, while still being approachable and respectful to every member. I almost hesitate to recommend this gym because I'd like to keep it to myself but I'd also love to see them thrive. It is a rare gem in the heart of Studio City. This is an good neighborhood gym: it's clean, well-equipped with a variety of well cared-for machines and free weights, and during the time I've been going there never has it been excessively crowded. Parking is generally easy (way easier than Equinox down the block!) with spots usually available right by the door, and you've got 24-hour access so you can workout whenever you like. The clientele and trainers are all chill people just looking to stay fit-- everybody I've come across here has been considerate. read more

Wowza! I do recall seeing this studio before it was established by new ownership and man, I gotta say it is a gorgeous NEW SPACE! They customized the equipment with cool art, there is inspiring and motivational messages on the walls, the owner is always there welcoming new and previous members. I could go on and on. I absolutely love this sparkling brand new gym! It's very professional and highly reputable, just like its sister gym in Sherman Oaks. The bright colors of the new machines are cheerful and uplifting, and they are always clean. The sayings on the walls are inspiring. The staff is really nice. And there's free parking! Leo Frincu is the owner of both gyms and he is a godsend. This man helped me rebuild my body and I feel so much better. Members can workout on their own or have personal trainers who will tailor your training sessions to your individual needs. If you want to be scammed, this is the place for you. There is no service at all and no classes at all. I tried to enter the newly opened gym several times, but the doors are always closed and there is absolutely no parking during the day time. When you read great reviews and see great photos, and then you stop by and see hopelessness, it's just really frustrating. For some reason, some people think that they are surrounded by complete fools. I had been a member of the previous gym for about 20 years and I was out of town for six months. Now there are probably a new owner and very few useful exercise machines and the lights are too bright and there is complete emptiness. I didn't see any of the previous members and friends. I didn't see anyone there at all that evening. I will never go there again and I don't recommend it to anyone. read more
