Results just keeps getting better! A few months ago, Results remodeled and upgraded the gym, adding even more space, equipment, and more ways to train. Results - Expansion - Gyms Near Me - Studio City, California

My wife and I have been coming to Results Fitness the past year. We used to go to Gold's before it turned into an EOS. We are looking for a great facility that is convenient in the valley but also had a good community - without being a corporate behemoth. What a great find this place turned out to be. The owner, Leo Frinco, is an award-winning athlete who really practices what he preaches. The staff is wonderful and I see the individual trainers taking time to work with their clients in a thoughtful way - vs barking commands at them. Since joining the place has already expanded twice - a nice new area was added with state-of-the-art equipment and additional stretching areas. They also added a new space where they teach dance classes, have guest speakers and hold events. Results is impeccable - you will always see Leo walking around with a spray bottle taking care of details which causes his clients, like us, to do the same. It's also great to have a gym that you can access with your own key fob - so you can come and go as you like. It's perfect gym if you live anywhere in the valley or over the hill in Bel Air like we do since it's right on Ventura near Coldwater. Great markets and lunch spots within walking distance as well. read more

I was honestly reluctant to write this review because part of me doesn't want more people finding this place but I can't be that selfish, so here we go. Results Fitness Center is a true gem and one of the last gyms in LA that still has a soul. The owner, Leo, is present, genuinely cares about the community more than scaling, and truly believes in what he's built. The members aren't zombies staring into space with headphones on, people actually say hello, respect each other, and still give you your space to train. There's a real energy here that's hard to explain unless you experience it. I honestly hope to see more gyms bring back this kind of spirit and culture, but for now I'm just grateful I found this one. Thanks for reading. See you at the squat rack. read more

I've been going to Results for two years now and it's been amazing. Having a private trainer has helped build and strengthen my body. Esteban, is always ready and cheerful and easy to be around. The place is perfectly private. There are people working out with trainers or you can just pay a monthly membership fee to use the gym. Most importantly, Leo, the owner, is always around encouraging everyone and keeping a watchful eye on the place which is always impeccably clean. I highly recommend Results if you are looking for privacy, cleanliness and a first class gym experience. read more

I am having the best time working out with Tyana at Results. The gym itself is spacious, clean and everyone is welcoming, but it is Tyana who makes every workout fun and challenging. She always greets me with a smile, brings variety to every session, and keeps me motivated while helping me reach my goals. I always leave feeling accomplished and looking forward to my next session. Highly recommend!!! read more

Five stars, no hesitation. Results Fitness is super clean, the vibe is chill and supportive, and it has everything you need. All the equipment plus ample floor space for core work and stretching. And there is 24-hour key-fob access for members, which is a huge plus. It is not just a trainer gym (you can just be a member and use as much as you want), but all of the trainers seem great. And while I'd love to gate-keep, I can't recommend Tyana highly enough! She has been amazing in helping me turn back the clock and rebuild strength and flexibility. She is a great motivator and is able to adapt workouts to any specific needs/limitations. Results is a neighborhood gym in the best way possible, and delivers on being a friendly, positive, low-key environment. Highly recommend if you want a chill alternative to Equinox or the big-box chains. read more

I started training with Esteban just eight weeks ago, working out 2-3 days a week, and I'm amazed by the results. I feel stronger and fitter than I have in years. I also truly admire Leo, the owner. He runs a disciplined, well-organized gym with a strong focus on cleanliness and order, while still being approachable and respectful to every member. I almost hesitate to recommend this gym because I'd like to keep it to myself but I'd also love to see them thrive. It is a rare gem in the heart of Studio City. If you are on the fence, go take a tour and see for yourself. Tons of free parking. Ralphs Fresh Fare across the street. Location couldn't be better. I'm so happy to finally have found my place. read more

This is an good neighborhood gym: it's clean, well-equipped with a variety of well cared-for machines and free weights, and during the time I've been going there never has it been excessively crowded. Parking is generally easy (way easier than Equinox down the block!) with spots usually available right by the door, and you've got 24-hour access so you can workout whenever you like. The clientele and trainers are all chill people just looking to stay fit-- everybody I've come across here has been considerate. read more

I honestly don't know what I would do without Results. This gym, and working with Leo has completely changed my life. The community at Results is so welcoming, the trainers are very knowledgeable. I have a really challenging past with working out and trainers and being at this gym has completely turned that around for me. I can't thank Leo enough for everything he has done for me over this past year. I highly recommend this gym and working with one of the trainers! If I could give them 10 stars I would! read more

At the start of this year, I was on the lookout for a fresh fitness routine. After nearly a decade of doing only Pilates, I felt like my progress had plateaued. Deciding to try personal training here was honestly one of the best choices I've made for my health and overall well-being! From day one, I felt welcomed into such a supportive and motivating environment. The workouts are challenging in the best way. They push you past what you think your limits are, but always in a safe, encouraging, and thoughtfully structured way. Every session leaves me feeling stronger, more energized, and genuinely proud of the work I've put in. Training with Bogdan has been the absolute HIGHLIGHT. He's not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also kind, warm, and accommodating. He really takes the time to tailor each session to your needs while keeping things engaging and fun. And yes, it doesn't hurt that he's dashingly handsome. If you're lucky, you'll even get a stretch session at the end, which is the perfect way to wrap up an intense workout! A big, BIG thank you as well to Leo, the owner, for creating such a welcoming space and for bringing me into the Results family. You can tell there's a strong sense of community here, and it makes all the difference. If you've been on the fence about investing in personal training -- do it. It's absolutely worth it. I only wish I had started sooner. read more

I was a longtime Equinox member, but grew tired of working out in a busy gym and having to wait for certain machines. That's when I found Results Fitness. The staff are super friendly, the equipment is great, and the gym is always in tip top condition. Highly recommend 10 out of 10! read more

I absolutely love this sparkling brand new gym! It's very professional and highly reputable, just like its sister gym in Sherman Oaks. The bright colors of the new machines are cheerful and uplifting, and they are always clean. The sayings on the walls are inspiring. The staff is really nice. And there's free parking! Leo Frincu is the owner of both gyms and he is a godsend. This man helped me rebuild my body and I feel so much better. He knows exactly what he's doing and he knows how to get you to where you need to be physically in a very effective and efficient way. He's also wonderfully encouraging and uplifting. He is a good man, and his gyms reflect this. read more

I absolutely love this new gym in Studio City. First of all, parking! There are ample spaces right in front of the gym. This sets the mood for a more enjoyable workout. Upon entering, I am greeted by Leo. His expertise over the years has changed my life in many ways. Now, to see this new gym ( this is his second gym! ) that he has opened, it will be highly recommended by anyone. It has everything I need. I have been coming here for three weeks, and already I have seen great changes in my physique due to the machinery at this gym. Leo, the owner is passionate about fitness and health and his gym. When you read great reviews and see great photos, and then you stop by and see hopelessness, it's just really frustrating. For some reason, some people think that they are surrounded by complete fools. I had been a member of the previous gym for about 20 years and I was out of town for six months. Now there are probably a new owner and very few useful exercise machines and the lights are too bright and there is complete emptiness. I didn't see any of the previous members and friends. I didn't see anyone there at all that evening. I will never go there again and I don't recommend it to anyone. read more

Good value, not crowded, good machines, clean, friendly people easy parking, and if you're hungry, Good sushi next-door
