But my experience yesterday left me completely disappointed and unlikely to return. I arrived 15 minutes late and was told by Edwin (the director) that I couldn't join. I understand punctuality is important, but I've regularly seen other members arrive late, sometimes well into the workout, and they've always been allowed to quietly join a station. This has happened many times and has never been an issue. When I explained this, Edwin first said he'd "make an exception this one time" but immediately changed his mind and refused me entry. He said his members know this policy. I'm not a member of this studio and this policy is not listed in ClassPass. When I pointed this out, he just blamed ClassPass instead of offering any solution or consideration. The whole interaction felt dismissive, inconsistent, and showed no real care for a loyal attendee who is not officially club member. It turned what was normally a positive experience into something so unpleasant that I don't feel like coming back

Turns out, I am one for group classes; I just needed to find the right group and the right classes. The Fitbox community is incredible, and that includes the trainers and the clients. Everyone is super supportive. It doesn't matter if you've boxed and lifted weights for decades or the thought of wrapping your hands or picking up a dumbbell gives you anxiety. You'll fit right in. All of the classes are fantastic, and the trainers all have their own style. I highly recommend Fitbox. It's the best thing I've done for my physical and mental health.

I notified an employee that the bathroom was dirty. Five minutes later somebody came in and all they did was spray air freshener into every stall. There was ample amount of water on the counters. I could've been wiped off the bathroom stall walls seem like somebody just comes to spray them, but never wipes anything away. The showers are pretty dirty as hair does get left behind by people who don't wrap their hair up and I feel like there's a lot of dirt and grime on the walls and the shower curtains as well. The gym equipment is standard, but I don't like when you are on the right side of the gym and it's about to be sunset because the equipment faces the window which unless you thought to bring sunglasses can be a little bit much if you are not aware All in all, there is a lot of parking as there are two levels and I would return. I just hope that they implement a more frequent and actual cleaning service.
