This was horrible. First of all, It hurt like heck. Second, they had literally no shape at all. My eyebrows looked like an arch. It wasn't even thick in the beginning and thinner as it went on. Just a 1/2 inch arched line above my eye. And it would have been worse if I haden't told the lady to fix it. She would have left it even worse; uneven with left over hair. I could have seriously done a better job doing them at home with freaking tweezers AND it would have been free. The end result was horrible, ugly, and embarrassing. I am so disappointed in how they turned out. I would give it 0 stars if I could. read more

I came here twice and both times were terrible. I am usually very lenient and laid back with the service I get but this service was absolutely ridiculous. The first time I went I asked for threading and tinting. They do very well with threading but please do NOT get your eyebrows tinted here!!! They do not know how to tint eyebrows properly because both times I went she did the worst job. The first time they turned out massively thick and so uneven, the left eyebrow was clearly higher than my right. The second time I went because it was the closest place from my work so I asked her nicely to please make them thinner. Instead she made them even thicker and the edges looked ridged and sloppy. I came home and even my sister asked why my eyebrows looked horrid. It was so bad I was embarrassed to leave the store. She also blamed my eyebrows for not having enough hair on them and that because of the lack of hair, she admitted it looked bad but did not let me get a refund. Also, the tint did not even last one day it came right off. I wasted $20 on terrible service and left the store frustrated and disappointed. If you don't believe me, then take the risk and waste your money. Trust me they do NOT know how to TINT YOUR EYEBROWS. I even walked in with my eyebrows drawn in to show her what I wanted and still made them look like fat caterpillars on my forehead. Please please please, do NOT get your eyebrows tinted here!!!! read more

I live in Alexandria and was driving to the Perfect Eyebrow location at Tyson's corner mall just to get my eyebrows done. Needless to say I am very particular about my eyebrows. I am so glad they opened a new location at Springfield mall. It's closer/more convenient for me. I went to the Springfield location yesterday and had Sumetra for my technician. She was very attentive, listened to what I wanted, and executed well. Every unwanted hair was removed. She uses the same technique used at Tyson's mall location. Got my brows done here and it was fantastic and SOOO much better than the other threading salon in the mall. I didn't catch the name of the gal that did my brows but she took the time and got every hair and re-shaped it to fit my face. I love that they don't talk to each other while threading and the little temple massage at the end is the icing on the cake. From now on, this is my "go to" spot! read more

Have always done a great job. Quick, never too long of a wait. Jamuna always asked if I was doing ok and was very helpful.

I went back today, but disappointed in the price jump from $12 to $15. The ladies are great and do a good job, but surprised by that increase in price. $13 would have been a reasonable increase. read more

Just had my eyebrows done at Perfect Eyebrows in Springfield Mall. Sumitra did a great job....almost painless, and much better than wax!!

How this place actually has good reviews....I WILL NEVER UNDERSTAND. Communication...not exactly their strongest skill and doing eyebrows apparently isn't one either. My eyebrows were done by a lady name Jamuna I believe. They were uneven and on top of that I showed her the yelp Ad which they have $2 off for new clients, which could not be honored...for god knows what reason she was trying to explain to me. I will definitely stay away from this place. A waste of time and money. read more

Very nice and clean establishment. Only one person in there at time I came in,she was attending someone. No big deal don't mind waiting. I ask the woman what she recommends as I haven't gotten my eyebrows done in a while about 4 months. I ask her what she recommends and I let her do the job. She gets done relatively quickly. I look and it literally looks like she hasn't done much at all. I ask her if she can slim it down more because they were still bushy, but she kept insisting that it looked to feminine on me. I was like confused. Usually I take people's input so I looked again and thought about it. But I was certain she barely did anything. I looked for a picture of an idea of what I wanted. She than again told me it doesn't look good on me and at that point I was annoyed. I just paid the 12 dollars and left. Her name started with an S It was my mistake for not catching her name. No rose water nothing but a little bit of lotion was put on me. She was relatively nice but it annoyed me that she kept insisting it was to feminine on me when she barely did any work at all. I've heard about other great people. Sadly my first time there was not good as expected. I guess it was my fault for not coming in and showing her of an idea of what I had instead of asking her what she recommends read more

I was very disappointed today (Sunday) when I took my daughter to have her eyebrows done, and it was an additional $3.00 for just being a Sunday. I have come to your shop for several years with my daughter because the technicians have always done a good job. But after looking at the sign on the counter that the price is $15.00 on F, S, & S for the same service that you provide the rest of the week you have lost my business. I'm sure that you will continue to lose other costumers for this type of practice. I find it hard to pay extra on the weekend for the same service as during the week. Your rent doesn't change and you don't use any more products on the weekend as you do during the weekend, that is part of doing business. Costumers don't want to hear these reason from any owner, we don't care, what we want is to be treated fairly for the service we are paying for. I'm sad to say that you have lost my business, I will take my business to someone that is fair across the board. In order to build your business for the future, raising the prices just because it's a weekend you will continue to lose your regular costumer base, these are the people that keep you in business. read more
