I started off doing my eyebrows and then moved to full body wax with her. She tells me the process so I am not nervous.Keeps me talking to avoid pain lol Upon reading some comments, she could trim after she threads your eyebrows. Sometimes the hairs aren't align and look symmetrical. She does offer aloe at the end. She does put a cleaning oil after the waxes. Prices are great! I can't complain. ESP someone on a budget. I don't plan to seek another person unless I move!

She was talking but I couldn't hear her over the loud music. Which is fine, the music was good. But I yelled that I couldn't hear her over the music. Then she stayed where she is and pointed at her face and eye brows while talking. I say loudly again, I can't hear you, music too loud. But I motion to my face and say loudly, face threading please. This happens AGAIN, she makes gestures to her face and talks... at this point she knows I'm here for a threading and full face as I indicated through gesture and speaking loudly to her, because of the level of the music. In my opinion if a customer is coming in and needs to communicate ... go up to them and talk professionally to them. I get my face threaded all the time and I will try this business again at another time. But for now it's a 1 star review.

When I came to her, my brows were struggling thin, uneven, and honestly just tired. Kiren truly brought my eyebrows back to life. The salon is always fairly clean, and they use a different piece of plastic to over the seat used to do one's eyebrows after each person's session. value: current price for eyebrow threading is $12. There is no line to add a tip, so be sure to bring cash if you want to tip. Parking: both locations do not have a parking lot, so be prepared to pay for parking unless it is Sunday. I always ask for just a 'simple clean up' of my eyebrows meaning I don't want a new arch, thinner brows, etc. However, they seem to slightly make them thinner sometimes which is the reason for the 3 stars. I continue to return because I still prefer threading over waxed eyebrows and I cannot find a new place to try other than the women in the middle of Pentagon City Mall.
