Awful. Do not let these people put chemicals anywhere near your eyes. I came today for a lash lift and tint service, and to say I'm beyond regretful is an understatement. (I normally go to Katy Heyings in Durham, but wasn't able to schedule with her before my flight out this Thursday. Highly recommend going to her if you're thinking about getting a lash lift and tint.) My appointment was at 10:30 AM, and for this service, I'm usually in and out within the hour. I, however, was here for 2 HOURS. The technicians were so focused on quantity and on bouncing between clients that the quality of service was nonexistent. My technician used so much perming and tinting solution during the lash lift and tint service that it began to sear my eyes and burn my eyelids. I asked if they had anything to flush my eyes with (which any qualified technician should have when using chemicals near the eyes), only to be given wet paper towels. I was genuinely surprised that this place hasn't been sued yet, if this is standard practice. Post service, my lashes are now extremely over-processed to the point where, every time I open my eyes, they get stuck in my eyelid crease, and my bottom lashes are fried and crimped every which way outside of a lovely curl. Don't get me started on how sore and raw my eyes are. I've included a picture showcasing the lashes and how irritated my eyes STILL are 2 hours after. You can look at other recent reviews specifically for this service and see individuals quoting the same issues. I've had this service done so many other times and have never had this issue. The high reviews are misleading and mainly focus on brow services; I should have been more cautious. Hopefully, this review can help keep someone else safe in the future. Don't get scammed! The eyebrow tint only lasted 24 hours and they refused to make it right.

Was able to be walk in on a Sunday for eyebrow and lip threading and be seen right away without an appointment. I am always super sensitive to threading and my eyes watered like crazy, but they were kind and considerate throughout the whole thing. In one session they were able to correct a long overdue re-shaping that I had gone to multiple sessions for double the price in other locations. She took her time to do a thorough job and still finished within 15 minutes. Highly recommend for convenience, great customer service, and high quality. read more

I booked an appointment online and as soon as I arrived, they were ready for me which is great! The person that did my eyebrows did a great job of not making them thin, but I do wish they were a little cleaner and sharper. They also have quick service and are reasonably priced. However, I do not think I will return. I felt a little uncomfortable when the person that did my eyebrows asked if I wanted eyebrow tint and after I declined the service, she said that I needed to get it. She also told another client that she needed to get her upper lip waxed after the client had already declined that service. I don't really like to be pressured into purchasing extra services especially after I've already declined the offer :( read more

So sorry to leave a poor review. This was my first time getting my eyebrows threaded. I was excited with the results initially because I didn't get to look in the mirror long enough to see my results. Firstly, the tech did not wash her hands nor ask me to wash mine. Didn't ask what shape I wanted either. Didn't ask anything just started. Didn't sanitize/wipe my eyebrows beforehand. I should have known better but I was nervous to say anything.I made an appointment online and when I got there she didn't ask and seemed confused that I had one. Eyebrows came out terribly uneven in every way. I asked her not to thread in between my eyebrows and she still did. The only plus is that they're clean underneath. I washed my face after the appointment and i'm still suffering from irritation bumps and folliculitis probably from neither of us washing hands. I get that time is precious and it's good to be fast but this was just so careless. This is your sign to not walk into this salon. read more
