He's very personable and will take the time to diagnose your service issue with him one on one, he will tell you what he thinks, and won't charge you crazy upfront diagnostics fees (which means he knows what he's doing because he is confident in his work!)! Well, once I recieved it and played it thoroughly, it was anything but excellent. Noisy, crackling, popping, heating up fast..etc..etc. I contacted Edward, he was real polite, attentive, and willing to help fix the various issues. They amp was Red Plating beyond belief! Edward changed the tubes, biased the amp, located the bad cap-culprit causing the issue and did it all for an excellent price!
