Insult to injury upon arriving @ Wild to take the car back Ken spoke to me and told me that he felt horrible for us buying a lemon and prides his shop in not taking advantage of women (the exact thing that was being done to my unknowing wife). He then proceeds to offer me another "deal" to "help us out". This deal was for us to pay him $4000 + give him our car in exchange for a rusted out old car in his back lot! I politely declined and said we just needed to take our car home and make a decision on the cost.... It doesn't end there! Ken runs out after us and in one last attempt to take advantage of us says "listen this car isn't worth a penny more than $1000 BUT I feel horrible for you guys being taken advantage of so I can take this car of your hands for $1200." .... you can't make this stuff up! I once had my SUV in for some muffler noise. They actually sent me to another location that they thought could do the work for less and was their specialty. So after that I felt I could trust them. Which is rare in auto work. I had my A/C compressor replaced and they beat the prior quotes by any other shop. And 2 years going and a very hot summer and it's still going strong. They are prompt.
