I took my old 2004 Honda to them in pretty bad shape and within a week they had replaced her engine and many parts, and gave her back running beautifully. I was traveling overseas and my wife brought her car here on recommendation. What went from a simple oil change turned into a laundry list of repairs: Timing Chain, all new brakes, new intake manifold gasket, valve cover gasket, new struts, new suspension, cylinder head gasket, AC recharge....and to top it off a Hazmat charge of $200?!?! Thank god I came home before my wife agreed and paid for this egregious borderline criminal total rebuild @ $7000!!!! This was a car we recently purchased with only 70,000 miles. Insult to injury upon arriving @ Wild to take the car back Ken spoke to me and told me that he felt horrible for us buying a lemon and prides his shop in not taking advantage of women (the exact thing that was being done to my unknowing wife). He then proceeds to offer me another "deal" to "help us out". This deal was for us to pay him $4000 + give him our car in exchange for a rusted out old car in his back lot! I politely declined and said we just needed to take our car home and make a decision on the cost.... It doesn't end there! Ken runs out after us and in one last attempt to take advantage of us says "listen this car isn't worth a penny more than $1000 BUT I feel horrible for you guys being taken advantage of so I can take this car of your hands for $1200." .... you can't make this stuff up! We left Wild to another mechanic (personal friend of mine). Car drove 1 hr perfectly fine. My suspicious were confirmed the car was perfectly fine and just needed new pads on the breaks. Just to be fully sure we then took the car to CarMax and they also confirmed car was in great shape and offered us $10,000!!!! In summary DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE

Other times they will do additional work on car before getting my approval on cost. Poor communication is an issue here. They have no person taking calls or setting up appointments. After a couple of attempts with no success, took the car to Lund at the recommendation of a long-time customer to see if they could figure out the issue. They not only figured it out but were able to get it fixed under warranty at very little cost to me. They're honest and know what they're doing, all that us ignorant car owners want from an automotive repair shop. I will take my vehicles nowhere else but Lund Automotive in the future.
