Okay this place is amazing! I was video chatting with my sister and she told me that my eyebrows are out of control (if your sibling doesn't tell you, who will?) so of course I had to do something about them. It was the first time I tried threading and it was relaxing. When I first walked in there were about 6 people ahead of me. But man....was she quick and efficient. She got through everyone in about 30 mins. I was in and out of the chair in about 5 mins. I was nervous that she was going pretty quickly but when I saw my eyebrows after she was done,you would think she spent an hour on them. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely be going to this place from now on. It doesn't hurt that it's only 10 mins from where I live too. read more

Although the service was fast, I don't love the way my eyebrows turned out. I asked to just have my brows cleaned up a little, but he took off way more than I wanted. This was my first time getting my eyebrows threaded and I must say I'll never go back to waxing again. Not only is he super fast but the threading isn't nearly as bad as waxing (to me anyway) he is VERY gentle and it gives you a shape that waxing never could. read more

I have been going to see Solomon at Perfect Arch for years. I have been seeing him since at least 2007 when they were located in Glendale mall, but I believe it has been longer. He does an excellent job, is very thorough, quick, and professional. It's only $8 for eyebrows. I now live in South Bend and I still drive back to Indy once a month for Solomon to arch my eyebrows. He's the only person I trust to do a good job! I highly recommend him. He also owns a shop on 96th street in Fishers with some of the staff from his shop on Keystone. I have been coming to this place for a long time. From high school until now senior year of college. I used to go with my mom and we would both go to the guy that works here. He is very professional and nice all the time. However, his wife has started running the shop more often now, and she is not as professional or nice, not to mention her work is not as good. She fails to take direction and does not allow for clients to look at the work she has done afterwords. I had given her 2 chances prior to this most recent one, and because she thinned my eyebrows out so much, I did not come back for months. Most recently, I went to the shop and had the guy clean up my eyebrows a few weeks ago and he did great. Yesterday, I decided to stop in and just have them touched up and gave the woman specific directions. This was her 3rd strike. She did not listen at all. She thinned our my eyebrows once again and changed my arch completely. It is clear that it will take me months, again, to grow them back out. I have graduation photos today and my actual college graduation this weekend, and now I have no eyebrows thanks to her. I almost wanted to cry at how terrible she did. Because of this, they have lost a long time and loyal customer. The man who works here does a great job, but the woman is less than pleasant and does whatever she wants to YOUR eyebrows. Because of this, I won't be going back to this shop EVER again and am considering going back to waxing my eyebrows. read more
