They give you an "estimate" of what your insurance will pay, you agree to pay it, and then a month letter expect another bill that is drastically higher and you are told that their estimate was wrong and you have no other choice but to pay it. They do not explain to you at all that the original bill is an estimate and that you could be on the hook for much more. My son's tooth was never drilled. A filling was placed over a healthy tooth so when it fell out, the next dentist said there was no cavity there so he never replaced the filling. Our insurance would have been interested to know this. My daughter's story is worse. His fake cavity game was played on her but he used the drill and the filling still fell out. Then drilled into again and it fell out again. Then a new dentist had to do a root canal that wouldn't stick because of excessive drilling done formerly by Rosenthall which led to a bridge and now a fake tooth. He is either incompetent, dishonest or both. To this day my kids remember Dr Rosenthal 's name and exchange bad tooth stories. We really should have sued. He is lucky to only get this bad review. I have x-rays to prove my claims.

They are very prompt, I have never had to wait very long once arriving for an appointment. Very accommodating and flexible to make appointments work. Dr Coreno is quite friendly and will chat, but unlike most dentists, doesnt try to carry on a conversation while all of his tools are in my mouth. Appointments are very efficient and time effective. I have no plans to change dentists any time soon. I have also seen in the office that Dr Coreno is trained in sports dentistry, and offers deals on custom mouthguards to athletes that are patients, an added bonus if you have kids around this age.

Most of my fillings didn't even require novacaine. She has an amazing bedside manner, takes a genuine interest in you, your family, your lifestyle, and never tries to sell you treatments or procedures that you don't need. If you live in the Solon/Chagrin Falls/Aurora area -- and you don't like pain (but want clean, healthy, beautiful teeth) -- give her a call. She's the best!
