The visits are thorough and reasonably priced (as I don't buy dental insurance). They offer payment plans and other plans to cover the cost of xrays and your 2x/year cleanings. During a routine cleaning a few years ago, Dr. Laubmeier noticed I had a potential problem in my gums and referred me to a periodontist, who was able to correct it. He is diligent, as are the dental hygienists, and front desk staff. Honestly, everyone there is pretty great. I very much appreciate that they offer early morning appointments, so I can get a cleaning or appointment done before work, and don't have to make up the time I miss.

I think it's fair to say that going to the dentist sucks, but Dr. Blanc and her staff make the experience so much better than most. I love working with a small team of professionals who recognize me when I walk in the door, ask about how my wife is doing, and tell me what's going on in their lives. It makes the world feel a little smaller and kinder, you know? Buckeye Denture is one of few places where I don't worry about being taken advantage of... Dr. Blanc has always taken good care of me - even when it has meant her taking home less in the way of profits. That is priceless to me. I feel like maybe people don't always know that Buckeye Denture provides general dentistry in addition to denture services and that's a real shame. Dr. Blanc and her team are a rare group of healthcare professionals who provide excellent care from a truly person-centered (vs corporate profit-driven) approach. Give them a try if you're looking for a dentist who is a seasoned professional, sees you as a person (not a number), and treats you the way she would want someone to treat her family members. And no, I don't work for Buckeye Denture in any capacity. I just feel like these guys deserve a lot of love and I'd like them to stick around for several years because I have no idea how I'd replace them.

If you are looking for a "primary care dentist" - she is an exceptional doctor. Her team is great just as well - highly qualified specialists and assistants. Extremely easy going and understanding, while staying very professional and providing highest quality service. IMHO, this is the best dentist team one could ever wish for. Dr. Sobolewski helped me with multiple (and diverse!) dental issues over the last 3 years, and not once I had a single thing to complain about. Starting from giving less painful oral anesthesia injections than many other doctors I've met, to making amazing temporary crowns, to just being a very caring and attentive high quality doctor, she is just the best. I do realize that leaving this review will potentially make it harder for me to schedule appointments with this doctor in the future, but I still want to publish it :) p.s. if anyone thinks this review is too good to be true, I can tell you - I am a very real person, relatively youngish with very very bad teeth. I've seen it all, including doctors in Los Angeles and DC area. They (occasionally) failed. Dr. Sobolewski always came through.

Full disclosure, I've known Emily through our book club long before she became my dentist once my…read moreprevious one retired. So I'll tell you two things about her practice that are not subjective. First of all, the various forms of payment she accepts are posted on a window in the waiting room, so you know before you see her what she'll take for payment. I took a photo of that window and have posted it here to Yelp. Second, when I saw her about a problem I was having with an old cap and root canal done by my former dentist, she took the time to sit next to me and drew on some scrap paper to illustrate what was going on with that tooth so I could follow along with her explanation. My former dentist didn't do that and I found this extra step very helpful. One more thing about Emily - her employees love her. My husband is a chatty guy and got to talking with the staff during his first appointment at Emily's office. He was told that she bought the practice from another dentist who retired (not the same guy I saw for 20 years) and they really like her better than the previous guy! I don't think they knew George and Emily were book club buddies, and the compliments were totally unsolicited.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Emily Weitz and her staff…read more.. I've known her for a while now, and after needing her help as a dentist, discovered that her dentistry skills are super impressive, as is her thoughtfulness, professionalism and ability. Her staff has these same qualities, and overall, for my part, I'm her patient for life. I recently had a dental emergency where I lost a whole crown. Dr. Weitz got me in fast, took stock of things and got me set up with a temporary crown and told me I'd have a new one inside of a week! Not only that, and this impressed me a lot, I got a numbing injection in my gum...and didn't even feel it! Now that, folks, is talent! As I said, not only is Dr. Weitz great, but so is her staff; they were kind, thoughtful and very helpful and skilled as well. (The lady who helped to shape my new temp tooth was really amazing and fast.) Overall, if you're looking for a great dentist who'll treat you as a person and listen to your concerns, then you'll get the tooth, the whole tooth, and nothing but the tooth from Dr. Emily Weitz and Staff!!

I added photos to show that when patients are told that they are just temporary not to worry and that the aesthetic of the temporary is not important that is incorrect the temporary prototype and design that you try in will basically be an exact model replica of the final product. You will be stuck wearing it until you can find a bite any skilled dentist should be able to find your bite and make it align, although the teeth will be dependent how they look, and if they align will be dependent on the implant placement, Dr. Kylander took x-rays and verified in his expert opinion that nothing was wrong with the placement or the angles of the Implants four on the top and four on the bottom, the photo is to show you that the temporary still need to align in order to regain function, not have pain in order to chew and not cause implant failure, which could be catastrophic, especially to patients who I've already lost a lot of bone Dr. K worked all hours very late and very early even on weekends, but when it was time to deliver, he was very busy booked out for weeks and informed me don't ever call him on a weekend. He walked away from the case before completion because I expressed unhappy with no referral to a doctor with a technology to finish this project he claimed that there was an oral surgeon working at this practice to help with the procedure, but there was none just an unofficial associate that he called for advice to top it all off to add insult to injury because you know human beings already find it hard to trust dentists. I found my medical footage used on his propaganda advertisements on Instagram when I asked him why he did not ask my permission. He said he can post whatever he likes. I don't think that is legally binding, but it would've been respectful to inform the patient if there's nothing to hide Dr. Kylander is a compulsive liar as per my experience and a snake oil salesman. I am so disappointed I walked into Lakewood Dental and trusted them with my VA benefits. He even tried to upsell because the department was going to pay for it I hope he doesn't get a dime and he also kept my implant driver set which cost me $200. It's kind of funny because a Dentist shouldn't be keeping something that the patient paid for themselves. He should be able to afford his own.
