From the moment we pulled up to the valet through every interaction with room service and housekeeping, the team made us feel like royalty -- attentive without ever being intrusive, polished without feeling rehearsed. The room itself was a highlight. Soaking in the tub with the ocean and the North Shore mountains framed in front of us is an image I'll be holding onto for a long time. It's the kind of view the city is famous for, delivered from the comfort of your own suite.

Everything here feels modern, clean, and luxurious. Our room was beautiful, especially the bathroom with its dual sinks, separate bathtub and rain shower, and separate area for toilet. The Le Labo products were a nice touch, and everything from the towels, robes, slippers, and bedding felt luxe and high end. These beds and pillows were some of the best hotel beds/pillows I've ever slept on. We all slept so well! We also ordered room service for breakfast and everything was so good, with reasonable room service prices for the amount you get. Didn't use the gym, but it's recently renovated and beautiful. They provide iced water infused with electrolytes and there are even Pilates machines! There's also a heated rooftop outdoor pool that we didn't have time to take advantage of too. Not only is this hotel amazing, but it's in a prime location to everything - especially if you're a first time visitor to Vancouver. It's super easy to hop on the shuttle to the suspension bridge, or take a sea boat or hop on the subway to/from the airport. It's also walking distance to Gastown, Robson Street, Stanley Park and the Seawall. Highly recommend this hotel if you're in the city!

This is also where you hang your key when you leave the house so they know who is here. We got the Under the Apple Tree Room which was spacious and nicely decorated. It even had its own private yard. Also has gas fireplace, jacuzzi style tub and stand up shower. The heated bathroom floor was a nice touch. If you get tired of your room you can also enjoy sitting outside on a deck or the living room. We really enjoyed relaxing on the couch back in our room in front of the fire place. Morning came a bit too soon. Was hard to get up out of the super comfortable down blankets on the King bed. The breakfast was ready though and included three delicious courses. Polenta with almonds, banana kirsch, and smoked salmon with poached egg on toasted croissant. Yum. Our room was big and comfy with a remote control fireplace that adds real heat into the room and a large old school bathtub. Big enough for two.... Breakfast was delicious! It saddens me to have to update this review so quick. I rarely use the word "discriminating" in any…read moreof my reviews but I'm left with no choice. I went in Breakwaters, the new restaurant at The Point Roberts Marina and was made to feel so uncomfortable I had no choice but to share my experience with the community. I went in to grab some french fries togo for a quick snack. I hear there food is delicious so I was excited to try it out. Before going in I spoke to the security person in charge. I asked if it was ok that I went in and ordered some food Togo. I felt like staying outside because I had a dog with me and didn't want to disrupt the few guest that we're there enjoying lunch. The security guy okayed me in. Before I could even get a menu in my hand the lady who I assume is the chef screams across the bar, "he's not allowed in here"...this was news to me because I was just told by security that it was ok I came in. I couldn't imagine why on a slow Canadian holiday weekend you'd have security but anyways it's not my place to question just seems odd and a bit unnessicary. I immediately left because I didn't want to push the issue further. So my question is this, who decides that someone is 86d and why? I find it extremely unprofessional to yell at a guest in front of strangers rather than pull them aside and polietly approach them. I've visited this location three times since returning to town and have been made to feel singled out by owners and affiliates of this establishment but I continued to patronize it because I like the location and have gotten ok service before. Sidebar* Last year I was diagnosed with a chronic illness and have since also suffered from a severe concussion that landed me in the hospital.I make everyone around me aware that this brain injury has taken it's toll on me and that some things just aren't the same on top of the fact that my medication Genvoya gives me mood swings. I've been perceived as drunk by guest and owners here and I find this extremely alarming. It is your bar staffs job to control service of alcohol to guest, not the guest. If you feel as though someone is intoxicated walking in the door why would you serve them? It worry's me that this place is allowed to easily and impolitely tell someone mentally impaired they can not come into a establishment based on loose accusations. When will this type of discrimination and ignorance stop? I can only hope the best for Breakwaters and wish it luck.

The room was fine, one of our outlets didn't work, water stains on the ceiling, dim lighting in the bathroom, the bed lights didn't work. They also have no microwaves in any of the ice rooms but they will charge $25 a day for housekeeping to bring one. The pool had algae and some black stuff. The hot pool jets did not work. The floor was super slippery with no grip. Also no towels available for the pool. The busboy was nice. Overall the hotel was overpriced for the quality.

It's also very good to know that they send service personnel to check the hot tub every other day. The resort also has clamming equipment that can be borrowed. This is the closest WorldMark to the U.S. Canada Border in Blaine, which is about 6.5 miles drive from the resort. We arrived around 1:00a, check-in was fast and we were given our key cards and parking pass. As all of WorldMark by Wyndham resorts the unit was clean with a fully-equipped kitchen including a microwave, refrigerator, and stovetop along with a separate living area. We had a studio unit (only one available at time of booking) and our room was on the 5th floor. As always during our trips we never get to enjoy the hotel amenities (pool, recreation area, etc) since we always start our day out early and arrive back late. Can't waste any adventure time while on vacation. For our last evening we walked across the street to Bay Breeze Restaurant & Bar. We had a pleasant stay at this Worldmark location even though we were out most of the time. Review #3623
