The manager is crazy! She speeds thru the road if she's angry. She stalks your lot and vehicles late at night while she thinks that you are sleeping. Creepy demons! First they tell you that you can do something and then they change the rule in the middle or after, which can cost people money, time and so much aggravation. I truly believe that the mental state of the manger is off and on. Either she forgets what she says or she is just evil and hateful. The owner just goes along with it and pretends to be unaware but I think she just plays innocent and pins it all on the manager. They both suck! The water is always being cut off. They won't let you run an electric heater. They want to search your personal space like you are in prison, when they clearly have not right to go into someones owned personal property without a warrant. They are renting a lot, but act like they are renting mobile homes. The bathrooms are not working most of the time. The manager spy's and lurks like a peeping tom. You won't have any personal space at this park. They walk around looking for things to charge your for, after they had already approved of it with no extra charge mentioned. They won't trim the trees back unless you help them pay for it. A tree fell on someones trailer because they are too cheap to take care important upkeep. Yet, the price continues to go up very often, without proper notice. You CANNOT trust what they say. At first they come off nice, but hell is coming. No peace of mind. No proper paperwork. No clear written rules. Rules constantly change so they can charge you extra. Stay away if you want peaceful living.

When I asked if I could pay cash upon arrival to save on transaction fees, they had no problem accommodating my request. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the owner, a pleasant and friendly woman who truly made us feel welcome. She upgraded us from what we originally booked, shared valuable tips on local attractions, and was delightful with my kids and dog. Her kindness and accommodating nature made our stay exceptional. I received a receipt for my cash payment and was pleased with the corner site, which offered privacy and comfort. The park features a playground for the kids and is conveniently located within walking distance of the local library, a small museum (shop), a coffee shop, a bar/restaurant, and the beach. Overall, our stay at Sunny Point RV Park was fantastic. While the park isn't new and shows its age, it exudes charm and genuine hospitality. If you're looking for a 5-star resort, this might not be for you. However, if you appreciate local people striving to make your stay as comfortable as possible, you'll feel right at home here. I look forward to staying here again when I return.

Modern amenities throughout since the hotel is new. At the time of our stay, our room felt like nobody had ever been in it previously... it was that clean. Housekeeping services must be very competent here, at least so far! Front reception service was extremely friendly and welcoming. One of the best check-in experiences in recent memory! Along with the Cascades Casino, the hotel is also connected to The Buffet and Match Eatery & Public House (I love most Match locations in general, but this Delta one is quite awesome and is my favorite... will leave a separate review for it later). The Sévérine Spa is also attached to the hotel lobby. There is no hotel lounge if you have Marriott status, but the Delta pantry is one of the best I've been to due to the wider variety of complimentary items. A fitness room and pool + hot tub are also available to hotel guests. Free Wi-Fi and no overnight parking fees for the hotel, but your vehicle needs to be registered at the front desk. Time will tell whether this Delta maintains its current opening level of impeccable cleanliness and service, but our initial stay was superb and far exceeded expectations!

Booked online when our ferry was cancelled because they are close by. We should have driven…read morefurther. Pretty dirty. Plus was a Starbucks nearby & a Shoppers. Bought few toiletries (theirs were non existent) cut to me naked looking for the shower lever. There wasn't one! They had a jetted tub which I wouldn't use because it looked pretty dirty, maybe that's why the shower was non operational. I stood in the bathtub and had a sponge bath. Never stay there again!
