Modern amenities throughout since the hotel is new. At the time of our stay, our room felt like nobody had ever been in it previously... it was that clean. Housekeeping services must be very competent here, at least so far! Front reception service was extremely friendly and welcoming. One of the best check-in experiences in recent memory! Along with the Cascades Casino, the hotel is also connected to The Buffet and Match Eatery & Public House (I love most Match locations in general, but this Delta one is quite awesome and is my favorite... will leave a separate review for it later). The Sévérine Spa is also attached to the hotel lobby. There is no hotel lounge if you have Marriott status, but the Delta pantry is one of the best I've been to due to the wider variety of complimentary items. A fitness room and pool + hot tub are also available to hotel guests. Free Wi-Fi and no overnight parking fees for the hotel, but your vehicle needs to be registered at the front desk. Time will tell whether this Delta maintains its current opening level of impeccable cleanliness and service, but our initial stay was superb and far exceeded expectations!

Clair's is an amazing home with tons of character and the owners are very friendly and accommodating. The breakfasts here are nothing short of incredible. Clair was able to give us some "insiders secrets" for our outings into Vancouver and the surrounding areas. If you're a "foodie" you will most definitely enjoy the expertly prepared, multi-course breakfasts. We will be sure come back to stay here some time in the future.

Stayed at this Holiday Inn Express on an overnight trip with my family to Richmond and Vancouver. It is located within the Riverport entertainment complex in Richmond, which is away from the main part of Richmond. The hotel is relatively small as there are only a few floors. Check-in was slow as there was one person at the front desk and a somewhat long line. Once checked in, I was able to park in the lot behind the hotel. Unlike the other Holiday Inn locations, parking is free here. We stayed in a comfy double bedded room, which had a mini fridge and microwave inside the room. There is a free daily hotel breakfast available downstairs and the selection was better than expected. Offerings include pancakes, eggs, sausage, baked beans, cinnamon rolls and rice. The hotel also has recreational facilities as there is a pool, fitness centre and a fenced basketball court outside. I really like this location as it feels quiet and secluded. You do not hear much street traffic in this area at night, which is a huge plus. It is preferable to have a car as there are not a lot of restaurants nearby. However, taking public transportation is doable as there are nearby bus stops along Steveston Highway. I would consider staying at this hotel again if I am doing another overnight trip up to Richmond and Vancouver due to room comfort and its amenities.

We booked a room 6 months ago at the WorldMark Blaine. When we arrived today after driving 7 hours,…read morewe were told our room was cancelled because they overbooked the hotel. We didn't get a call, an email, or anything alerting us to the cancellation. No common courtesy, no customer service. What's even worse is that they cancelled two other rooms in our party with no contact. People flew in from across the country to join us and they were told the same thing. The front desk workers called other hotels in the area to see if there were rooms available. We were told another hotel had rooms available, and when we tried to book there, we were told that they were all booked and didn't ever have rooms. So not only did the WorldMark Blaine leave us high and dry they gaslighted us as well. Then they tried to shoo us off their property while we tried to find somewhere else to go. Don't waste your money or time with this place. I'd give it zero stars if I could.

It was decorated beautifully and we slept like a baby. Breakfast the next morning was fantastic. Fruit and yogurt parfaits, raspberry filled muffin and French toast with sausage. All incredible. The hide-a-bed felt like a sheet on springs, and my daughter slept better on the couch cushions on the floor. They didn't let me drink my coffee in the breakfast area without any food. The pool and hot tub were clean, though, and the gym was small but had all I needed; the wifi worked well, and we had a full kitchen. Breakfast was good, the waffle maker worked well, and there were lots of options. I won't come back unless it's the only option; it is not worth $250 a night.

The room I stayed in had a balcony over looking the park behind the hotel. Parking is very secure. I wasn't sure where it was because behind the hotel ended up at the garbage bins but the parking was underground secured by a roll up gate. My vehicle was very secure. Breakfast is cooked eggs with other items available. It's also close to the skytrain stain.
