An older employee told me about a promotion while ringing up my purchase. After checking out, I grabbed a few more items so I could take advantage of the deal she had mentioned. When the discount didn't appear, I asked her about the promotion, and she responded in a rude tone, saying she had no idea what I was talking about. I understand that people may not remember every interaction, but this happened within just a few minutes of our conversation. The response felt dismissive and unnecessary, and it left a negative impression. I still love Miniso as a brand, but this location has been disappointing compared to others I've visited.

Neat and clean space with an organized layout. The two ladies working today were very nice; when I called to ask for a specific book and when I arrived to purchase it. There is a few benches around the entrance and there are restaurants, a bar and a coffee shop a few steps away so folks can get reading in their preferred environment. Can't say enough nice things about this local book store and I will be back as soon as I am done with my current read. Special thanks to the girls working today that made me feel welcomed.

The tea kits arrived packaged BEAUTIFULLY and securely, and were clearly of high quality. I was further impressed with the how Adam lead the tea tasting event over video call -- he was incredibly thoughtful and knowledgeable! He personalized everyone's individual tea tasting according to what teas they had selected, which greatly impressed us. He walked us through the history and background of the teas we were sampling, and at the end of the session he gave lots of practical advice on how to continue storing our teas for future use.
