Stop in before heading back for a quick coffee and pastries. I got the ice matcha which was pretty decent and also a croissant. Wish it was warmed up and also the ham and cheese sandwich was a bit cold. Staff were friendly and plenty of seating inside the cafe.
We order coffee from here through the mail on the 13th of each month during their sale, but coming in was a nice treat while in Savannah! The seating is sparse, as is the parking, but the specialty drinks and treats were a bit with the whole family.
Cool coffee shop with good vibes. I ordered the good times latte & enjoyed it. The habanero sugar sneaks up on you after a while, but was still nice. It was a massive latte! My husband tried the cold fashioned & said it was okay. I didn't love that the only milk options were oat or whole milk, but just a personal preference.
Best coffee shop in Savannah! If you love coffee, and I am not talking fru fru drinks, but real coffee then this is your place! Attention coffee nerds! They roast coffee onsite and offer aeropress coffee manually brewed in addition to multiple drip options! They also host coffee events such as cuppings each month. Modern industrial setting with super cool vibes. They offer pastries baked at the infous Auspicious Bakery in Savannah. Yummy croissant! I ordered a manual aeropress brew of their special limited release COLUMBIAN SEBASTIAN RAMIREZ BLACKBERRY. It wasn't cheap but I appreciated the unique flavor profile which had strong blackberry natural to bean (bit artificially flavored). Really good!
Beautiful little coffee shop in downtown Savannah with a great vibe and good service. The coffee and the pastries were excellent, and there was plenty of room to sit and enjoy. Highly recommend.
Huge space if you want to drop in and sit - both indoor and outdoor! The coffee is amazing - we had two pour overs and the quality was top notch. We ended up chatting with one of the baristas towards the end of our visit and Bought some beans - he was super knowledgeable and very friendly - great conversation on the different ways to brew coffee. Highly recommend checking them out!
I discovered PERC coffee through the Trade coffee subscription, and being there in person, it didn't disappoint. The coffee was amazing, ambient on point. My only regret is that I don't live nearby to have it daily.
This coffee shop has some of the best coffee I've ever had. Starting off, their menu is not big, and that's a great thing. Each of their items are so unique, you don't need many options. I didn't expect "habanero sugar" to work in a coffee, but I didn't sense any spice. It seemed to just add depth to the latte. So don't let that turn you off from trying anything. The coffee was rich and flavorful, rather sweet but the flavors somehow balanced it out in a shocking way. Sampling the espresso from the top of the latte before mixing it in just proved how great it was. I never have enjoyed espresso straight because I find the acidic twist to be distasteful, but there was no acidity to be found in their roast. It was incredible. We got the "My Morning Jacket" and will be going back tomorrow to try more of what they have to offer. They have non-coffee options, oat milk, insanely delicious-sounding food options, and their own coffee beans that they roast in house. They sell them whole or will grind it for you. Sitting in there and working while drinking coffee would be a dream. They have outlets by the high tops and multiple tables to sit at. The atmosphere is nice and bright while relaxing, and the sound level is quiet to moderate depending on the time. Don't sleep on this place. If you absolutely LOVE coffee and espresso, you have to try Perc.
Took a day trip from Jacksonville to Savannah and stumbled upon this coffee shop. I love that it's a bit tucked away from the center of town and has more locals than tourists. The location is in a spot that looks like a warehouse so it has a neat vibe, tall ceilings, lots of natural light. I like the decor and style of the brand; it's bright pink and inviting. I ordered a lavender latte and a strawberry scone. Both were delicious but the scone was incredible. It was crumbly, not overly sweet and had a perfect strawberry flavor. Staff were nice and helped make recommendations. Would visit again.
I love finding coffe shop hidden gems while traveling. This little spot was the 1st one that caught my eye. Its kind of hidden in a residential area but situated on perfect corner lot. Street parking only. It reminded me of NODA. Artsy and laid back. There were several small tables and a couple bar height table seating. Free wifi. Popular spot,constant stream of people in and out. They are also dog friendly, if thats not your vibe this wouldn't be the place for you. Walked in and was immediately greeted by a smiling and friendly lady who took our order. I ordered the Lox bagle. It was the best Lox I've ever had. I also ordered the hot Chai. It was just ok. My husband ordered the manual brewed Columbian coffe, it was amazing, we tasted all of the flavors brewed. Its a must try if you like manuely brewed coffee. We also ordered the cinnamon bun which my husband said was really good as well. If im ever in the area again I would stop in and I do recommend if your looking for a quaint coffee spot in Savannah.
This coffee shop has quite easily become one of my absolute favorite coffee shops not just in Savannah but throughout my travels. The "Good Times Latte" which is a vanilla-lavender latte with Habanero Sugar is hands-down, DELICIOUS--rich, smooth, and full of flavor. Apart from the yummy coffee, the stunning merchandise was what caught my eye. Beautiful pastel bold designs! From beautifully designed mugs and eye-catching stickers to a thoughtfully curated selection of coffee beans, everything feels unique and high-quality. The decor is stylish, warm, and welcoming--perfect for relaxing or catching up with friends. And on Sundays, they host a cozy chess tournament, which adds such a fun, community-driven vibe to the space.
I am a coffee connoisseur and I recently checked out Perc, as I've heard a lot of really good things about this place. It instantly was not one of my favorite local coffee shops, unfortunately. I really wanted to enjoy it, but even the greeting from the cashier was not warm and welcoming. It's almost as if we were interrupting or if he just did not want to be there. I went in the middle of the day on a Monday afternoon, it was generally pretty busy with a lot students or locals in the area. Unfortunately, there was not a lot of seating so I had to take my items to go. I tried one of the items I believe on the specialty menu. I don't even recall what it was because it just wasn't that memorable. I believe it was supposed to have some type of marshmallows in it and I was highly disappointed when I received it and there was no marshmallows. I see so many advertisements for a specialty coffee with high price points and you go to these locations and it's nothing like what it looks like in the picture. I do understand that each coffee is not going to look the same, but if that's the case, then we should probably stop advertising for these items or charging as much as we do. It wasn't even just the presentation or that the coffee was lacking or missing certain items, it was that it just was not flavorful for me. It could be just that I didn't like the coffee. But overall, with the presentation of how the staff kind of felt pushy and unwelcoming; just didn't make me want to come back. So I probably will not return here.
I stopped in a couple times during my trip to Savannah. I tried the prosciutto bagel-- amazing. I may have to get the ingredients to recreate this now that I'm heading back to Ambridge, Pa. Or maybe PERC can open a location near me-- I doubt anyone would be disappointed. The shake Was also incredible. I forget what iced espresso drink I had to go, along with my granola bowl, but the theme stayed the same--everything was great. Thanks for being a staple on my trip. I felt at home away from home! Sadly, I had to miss out on the little flea market event that happened over the weekend, but your coffee fueled me thru studying for a very important exam, and I passed. I'll go out on a limb and say, your coffee gave me super powers.

There's not much to say other than the BEST mocha I've ever had.. and I've had a lot. My husband had a drip coffee and it was as good as drip coffee gets. Loved the atmosphere & the staff was so nice. read more

Cool place! It's been on my list to go to for a while I just haven't had a wild enough hair to branch out and go until today. Driving to it I was a bit skeptical as you go through a not so great part of town to get there but the area that this building is in isn't too rough, not for me atleast. The place is pretty big since they do a bunch of packaging and a lot of distributing coffee, a lot of their business they do locally to many other coffee shops around here. Very cool in the inside! They have good amount of seating when you walk in and a counter you walk up to but you can also see almost the whole facility in one big room. Odd I know but it was a neat atmosphere. It's an older building and redone with all wood interior in the seating area which makes it a great place to hand out! Coffee was EXCELLENT. I got the juggernaut pour over which had some espresso in it and you could take the richness and purity of it. Man it was good. Definitely would go back and buy a bag of that stuff. (12 oz bag I believe is about 16 bucks after tax, so not too terrible). Another thing I need to hard on is their NITRO COLD BREW. And I had to do it in caps Incase you got tired and wanted to skim through this bc that's the most important part. The NITRO COLD BREW is the BEST cold brew I've tried in Savannah thus far. The flavor is so delicate and it's so smooth and bold. Literally it was perfect! I'd go back everyday and get it if I was closer. read more

It is sooo hard to find a truly good cup of coffee downtown, but to find a GREAT cup of coffee, at 2$ a cup, during the morning special? I'm absolutely blown away by the sheer quality of this cafe latte, let alone the price tag on it. At 2$ a cup at 9 am, this is an absolutely exceptional cup of coffee. I will definitely be making this place my go-to, when I'm passing through Savannah and in need of a great cup of coffee, at amazingly low prices. read more

***Update: Finally made a trip to Savannah and went by Perc. I have to say that we had a great time sitting in their shop/warehouse, loved the atmosphere. I can see how it can get crowded quick, but it's worth waiting for a seat. I will gladly go here again the next time we are in town. I have never been to this place in person, however my husband found this gem while on a tdy. I am a french press/grind fresh daily/ black coffee snob, and this coffee is what I look forward to every morning. The flavors just make my soul sohappy. We have since been ordering from across the country and absolutely love this coffee. He just received his shipment overseas that you sent, he is so thrilled. I just wanted to thank you so much. I hope one day I can come visit in person. Keep up the amazing work! read more

Best coffee in Savannah. Better than blends, better than sentient bean, better than even Picker Joe's coffee The crew is super friendly and helpful - and in Savannah fashion- no coffee snobbery. If you are in Savannah and you drink coffee- you will not get a better and more consistent cup than at Perc. read more

If you want to have the real coffee experience, this is the place to go. I got the cold nitro brew, best one ever and espresso, great as well. They don't have a lot of food options, just a few varieties of donuts. I tried the hazelnut donut and it was delicious. The guy behind the counter answered all my questions I had about the different types and styles of coffee. They sell coffee beans and their swag too here. I like the wooden decor of the place. Its huge but mostly occupied by the kegs of coffee and other equipment. Not located in the popular areas in downtown but I still will be back here sometime in future. read more
After a rather unremarkable lunch at a yelp-recommended place, I headed out to find some good coffee for the road. This looked promising and thankfully it did not disappoint. It's a huge operation with roastery, office desks, and small area for sitting down. Open space, industrial look, and cool atmosphere. I ordered espresso + milk 4oz option (any espresso+milk is $4, 2-8oz) and a brewed coffee ($3). I also got a bag of their espresso beans (juggernaut) for my espresso machine at home. My espresso+milk was very good - complex with bright fruitiness, but not unpleasantly acidic. Not overly roasted or smoky, either. I like espresso that's a little more mellow, but this is an excellent blend. I made some macchiatos and cappuccinos at home with their espresso blend beans, and I get beautiful crema and the bright yet complex flavor I had at the store. Coffee was good but not as good as the espresso. People who work there are nice and relaxed. Overall a very cool place. I will definitely check back again when I return to Savannah. I'll probably try their pour over next time. Tip: It's situated in an unlikely residential area for a hip coffee roastery, and it's rather hard to see the sign. Sign is painted on the wall of a red brick building. Also the entrance is small compared to the big building they occupy. read more

October 11, 2017 Tuesday - 10:45 AM for a drink 1 Adult Atmosphere - 5 stars Food - 5 stars Service - 5 stars Background - Another Review of the Day bookmark. Atmosphere - An old building with new life, seems to be a theme in Savannah. The space inside is very industrial as is also their roasting facility. Drinks - Yesterday I was craving a Mocha and that craving had not been fixed. So I searched my bookmarks and lead me here. Well I did not get my Mocha as I saw their roast. The Kenya Kianderi which grabbed my attention. Actually a lot of their roast grabbed my attention as I like African beans and they had a lot to choose from. They listed three qualities of the coffee, tangerine, honey, and exotic. The honey and sweetness did ship through. $4 for a pour over, a great deal Service - The cashier/barista was great. AMAZING. We ordered espresso drinks (2 cortados and 1 cappuccino) and took home 2 bags of single origin coffee. Everything was fantastic! Their espresso (juggernaut) is some of the best I've had, bright and full yet tastes great with steamed milk! All of the milk was steamed to the perfect temperature (around 150), had great texture, and was poured well with some good looking latte art! We grabbed a bag of both Brazilian and Guatemalan coffee and it has been coming out awesome...the Brazil is nice and chocolatey and nutty while the Guatemalan is nice and bright but evenly balanced. Atmosphere is veeeeery neat...the open concept floor plan showcases the inner-workings of their roastery while you enjoy a great cup of coffee, which is excellently prepared by the friendly and attentive staff. Keep up the good work, PERC. You guys rock. read more

Add this to your Must see/do in Savannah list. You'll get to see where the coffee for most of Savannah's coffee shops and restaurants is birthed plus they have Auspicious baking goods. Their coffee menu is like a cocktail menu but with cold brew, espresso, etc. so keep that in mind when ordering. For instance, the Cold Fashioned is crafted after an old fashioned so you're not getting 16 oz iced beverages but a smaller handcrafted cocktail -like coffee drink that's super good and super strong (no alcohol). It's a fun and lovely environment where you'll watch the coffee get packaged and there some good seating. I'd define the vibe as very hipster / trendy. Street parking is available. Going during the week is probably a good idea (we went on a Tuesday) read more

We love Perc's coffee from so many local coffee shops and really like stopping intoo their space on Broad (it's not on the main stretch of Broad, its over the train tracks and off the beaten path a bit). Coffee is awesome but we also really like "spectating" at this location as you can see what looks like a lot of the behind the scenes process... well... right there in the shop - roasting, weighing, bagging etc Look up there web page for a who's who of the team members you'll see scurrying around!! We used to own a coffee shop and have had a LOT of local coffee up and down the east coast and here in Savannah, PERC is one of our two favorite roasters in town for a #1 cup of choice! read more

I spent three days in Savannah for a wedding and came here 2/3 days (the other day I was busy with the wedding, otherwise I would've come!). Their coffee is some of the best I've tried. I tried the cappuccino, the mocha, and a chocolate croissant and am still thinking about how good the all were. 100% recommend this place if you're in the area! read more

I would give 6 stars if I could. It's easy to drive by and miss this place, but man that would be a shame. Superb coffee and excellent staff and service. I'd always heard of Perc but never seemed to drive by or find it until I went out of my way to find it. I was looking for fresh, strong coffee to gift to a friend. I told the barista I was looking for whole beans to make cold brew at home. Great, honest suggestions. I got to smell all the beans, and when I finally made a decision, he even offered me a sample of the cold brew to try! The coffee was absolutely delicious and well brewed. Brazil Irmas Pereira. Doubting it? Don't. By far the most delicious cold brew I've had. Get it. Do yourself a favor and stop by. It might look a little rough on the exterior, but from just one visit, this shop has easily become one of my favorites, if not the best, coffee shop in Savannah. read more

Cool atmosphere, beautiful industrial architecture, unique location, yummy coffee (we had the mocha, which was not too sweet and was made with vegan dark chocolate) and delicious pastries from Auspicious bakery (we had an apple butter pop tart). Community-style seating, and not a lot, but would be a great place to study or catch up with a friend. Also not pretentious staff even though they are obviously coffee experts. read more

Just debuted the fall coffee menu. We tried both the 'good times' and 'my morning jacket'. I can see why good times is a best seller and thoroughly enjoyed the lavender essence (can't find that much in Ohio!). My morning jacket was fruity-er than we had expected (thought walnut would be the dominant added flavor) and hit us as being too sweet based on our preferences-please note this was fixed when we had an extra shot added to make the 'coffee' more foreword. Before we left I had to buy a bag of beans to take home too :) read more
