First off, I loved that his team was willing to come out to Hinsdale as the first job they worked on was Downtown Chicago. Next, working with Danny in the planning phase was a breeze. I walked him through a home description, pictures and what rooms/colors I wanted done. Despite the process being remote, he gave me an accurate estimate that was competitive with most of the other ones I received, and much better than quite a few. Lastly, Eddie and his team of painters did a bang up job over the 3 days. We were able to make adjustments to add additional painting areas, try out a different color for an accent wall when the first attempt wasn't to our liking, and these guys powered through the job neatly and professionally. I've recommended them to my in-laws which, to me, is the ultimate compliment. Or maybe that's just my in-laws who I'd never hear the end of it if P5 didn't to a top tier job..... ;)

More recently I called them out to repair two large, ragged holes in my walls left by the plumbers. The holes were in my kitchen and dining room and both look like nothing ever happened. This is especially amazing in the dining room since it hadn't been painted in at least 20 years and the patch matches perfectly. The painters are polite, professional and they clean up after themselves. And Adam answers emails & texts right away and always kept me informed. And to top it off, the price is right.

I needed walls, doors, baseboards all done and we were able to settle on a fair price and I scheduled for the following week since I was also getting my floors buffed and stained. During this time, Edgar recommended some paint colors and he was able to provide a COI as required by my building. It was easy to get a hold of him via text and he was always prompt in responding. Edgar arrived with all supplies (tarp, paint, caulk, rollers etc) as we had agreed upon. He spent the majority of the first day in patching and repairing and setting up for the actual paint job. The next day I stopped by to see the progress and I certainly appreciated his attention to detail. Edgar worked alone since his crew was on another job site but it didn't matter since I was in no rush and he ended up doing a great job by himself. In addition to painting, Solano does perform home remodeling too. Based on my experience, I definitely recommend Edgar for your home improvement needs.

I went on Yelp to look for someone to stain my 6 foot wood property fence. Out of 5 estimates, Orozco was the least expensive and most professional. He even came to bring me samples and color patterns after he had come to measure and survey the project. He remained friendly and informative during the entire project. My fence looks amazing. He sanded it down first and then stained. I am beyond impressed. He didn't try to charge me some exuberant amount either. I believe there are still good, hardworking people amongst us that want to provide great service from the heart. Mr. Orozco is one of them, and his work ethic will bless him!
