best food i've had it a very long time. you have to get the bread sticks for the appetizer. we had a great server and the environment was very lively because of the michigan game that was on. this restaurant is a must if you're visiting grand rapids or holland! read more

Big fan of the video game Pizza Tower so I had to stop in and try the pizza that inspired the game. FANTASTIC PIZZA! Just how pizza should be. Got the Big Party pizza needed to rent a truck to haul it home. JK Ate 1/3 of it in the lobby and 3 of us were stuffed. Crew was amazing, polite and engaging. read more

Ordered delivery online. Wrong style crust so ruined the pizza. No sauces so ruined the breadsticks. Forgot drinks too. Hung up on by the young lady after calling to inform of their mistake. But on the plus side, it arrived 30 minutes earlier than estimated. Maybe take the extra 2 minutes to check your order in the future. If you're gonna fail, fail big I guess ‍ read more

The pizza was the worst pizza I've ever had from pepino! Ordered 1/25/23. Over baked, burn on one side, I asked for FRESH basil, if there was any basil it was unnoticeable and flavorless. Mushrooms were minimum and flavorless. Not happy. I ordered online for pickup left an 18% tip. Will be trying other pizza stores going forward. read more

Good pizza, just the way I like it. And good service. A little pricey, but well worth it.

Got the extra meat pizza and a pepperoni one as well. 2 dozen wings completed the order. This was for carry out. The food was good as the family had lots of compliments. The order was done earlier than quoted. The staff reached out with a question to make sure the order was correct. Great experience! read more

They don't honor their coupons from their website nor the specials listed on the on hold phone message. Seems not a great way to market. read more

My dad really likes peppinos pizza. Personally I don't care for it. So when my dad wanted to order from there I decided to try a sub. I ordered a turkey club, no mozzarella. The menu online says the sandwich is supposed to have turkey, bacon, ham, mozzarella, mayo. We ordered and were told it would be there in 30 mins. An hour later I got a thin, soggy sandwich with wilted lettuce and tomato. There was no bacon or ham on it. I could have called and complained but I really didn't feel like waiting another hour. So I took a bite of the sandwich. It was absolutely awful. In fact it was the consistency of applesauce. I ended up taking the turkey and lettuce off and putting it on bread I had at home. The saddest part of this? I'm the kind of person who likes to give others the benefit of the doubt. This is the second time this has happened. In summary- I don't like their pizza, but other people do, feel free to try it. As for their subs, those are an inedible disaster. read more

This place was great! The food was so good and my favorite was the cheesy breadsticks. The woman I talked to on the phone was great and made sure my order was correct and she was also great in person when we went to pick up our food. 10/10 recommend this place. read more

I really want to like this pizza place but everytime i order delivery or doordash the order always takes too long.

This pizza was just not good.. barely any taste to the sauce and soooo greasy!!! There's a really strange spice they put on the breadsticks that I wasn't into at all. My husband and I were in the bathroom all night after eating this. I think I could get past the bad pizza if not for the delivery guy that got an attitude about his tip. He was totally friendly until my husband handed him 3 dollars. Instant attitude (the bill was only 22) Idk if he was expecting more because of the neighborhood he delivered to? Not very good customer service in my opinion. read more

This pizza place is TOP NOTCH! Excellent customer service and the pizza is great. Thank you so much for making our night Peppino's

We like the thin crust margarita. That's our review. Enough said. Xxxxxxxxxccccx cxxcccccccc

I ordered two small pizzas for myself and daughter. It took a little while to get our food, but with the pandemic it may have caused delays. Definitely was worth the wait though! The pizza tasted fresh and was really flavorful! The crust was perfectly cooked, the cheese on my daughter's pizza wasn't bland. I had the Margherita pizza, and the sauce was amazing! Totally recommend this place! read more

Very courteous staff, young man was very accommodating and helpful. When we arrived, we were immediately informed that the pizza had just gone in the oven and it would be about 5 minutes. As we had placed our order to go, he offered paper products without hesitation. He also packaged up red pepper and parmesan cheese for our order. The pizza was wonderful and full of toppings. I would definitely recommend it!!! read more

Their pizza was decent especially since it's the only place close to where we were. They did forget our salad at the first delivery, so I called to see about them getting the salad to us and asked if they could make some cheesy bread also but was told that they could make it but it would be pick up only. I clearly wasn't thinking because why couldn't they bring the cheese bread when they brought the salad that they failed to bring the first time? It seemed like a bunch of younger kids were working and maybe just didn't want to make it that close to closing. It worked for us in a pinch, it was late and we knew that no other place would probably be open and they delivered so we didn't have to go anywhere. read more

Not only is the pizza delicious but the customer service is top notch! We are new to the area and wanted a great pizza place for that occasional night when we don't feel like cooking. This is it! We have enjoyed everything we have ordered from this place (the lasagna is HUGE!) and you get a great value for your dollar. The sauce is flavorful and the toppings are fresh and delicious! We had a mix up on our order today and a pizza was forgotten. It wasn't added to our order somehow. Upon delivery the driver immediately called it it and brought it to us for NO charge. This is an amazing way to gain repeat business. We will most certainly be ordering from here again and again, most likely exclusively! Thanks Peppino's, keep up the great work! read more

Indifferent and poor service. They forgot that we were waiting for our pizzas to eat in the restaurant. Eventually we asked and found that they'd been sitting in boxes waiting for pickup. Pizza maybe a little better than Domino's..nothing special. read more

Always fantastic pizza! Try the Detroit Style Pizza! It's got crunchy buttery crusts and a buttery base. With nice crisp pepperonis, the cheese had a nice golden hue to it. The cheese breadsticks were also a winner! Completely covered in lots of cheesy goodness! Much better than the chain pizza places! read more

Our family loves their pizza! We have many pizza places closer to where we live but find it well worth the drive for our favorite. Only 4 out of 5 stars because the customer service isn't consistent but it has gotten much better. read more

Came by during lunch. The wife and I wanted Thai next door... the kids wanted pizza. I grabbed the kids the lunch combo. $5 for 2 large slices (included slices with lots of toppings, if that's your thing), a drink, and a cookie. After the meals they wanted more slices (but didn't need another drink or cookie). Each slice was only ~$1.25. Unbelievable value. read more

We're long time Peppino's pizza eaters. The pizzas have a great flavor that is different than any mainstream big-chain joints. It's sauce is a little bit spicy, but not so much that our kids don't like it, or think it's too hot. 98% of the time we get our pizzas on time with no problems. Last night was the first time ever that things went amiss. We phoned our order in and had to repeat the order at least three times for a simple two pizza order - one with one topping, the other with three. We were told 20 minutes and arrived about 22-23 minutes after the order was placed. We were then told it was going to be an additional 15 minutes. We waited, and finally got our order. One of the pizzas was the wrong size. Seems like they had different staff on duty - and didn't expect a Wednesday night to be as busy as it was. There were lots of people waiting for their take-out too. We will go back. This was a one time thing for us after going there for many years, but I felt the need to mention it. You owe it to yourself to try their pizza. Great taste with fresh toppings. read more

I emailed them on a Friday about needing pizza and salad for 25 kids and 25 adults on a Sunday at 11am but they didn't open until 5pm. Nick the manager called me and said he could accommodate what I needed. We went over the order and it was delivered right on time to the hotel our team stayed at. The pizza and salad was good and the service was great!!! read more

We've order take-out twice here recently. Their pizza is great but it's a shame the place is so unorganized and unprofessional. Both times we used coupons and their staff never knows what to do with them. I was placed on hold twice today for him to ask about the coupon; he couldn't give me an accurate total over the phone just that they would "fix it" when we got there. There's just always people running all over the place, stuff smells like it's burning, ect. And then after getting the pizza home today we realized they gave us the wrong one. I called to let them know and see if they would offer a refund and they only asked if we'd like them to make us another one. I explained it wasn't worth us driving back there and the guy just says "ok" and doesn't offer anything else just awkward silence, thanks a lot! read more

ASK GORDY TO MAKE YOU A VEGGIE ALFREDO PIZZA!! ITS DIVINE!! We saw this place on our way to the beach, knowing nothing about the local restaurants (we're from Illinois), so we impulsively stopped in to grab a quick lunch...BEST decision we couldve made, we will definitely be back to Holland & Peppinos for more of their pizza AND those awesome wings!! read more

I've enjoyed Peppino's pizza on several occasions. I've used both delivery and pick up service. Delivery has been promised within 45 minutes and pick up within 15. Pizza has always been delivered and ready promptly. Pizza has been hot, fresh and absolutely delicious!! Peppino's uses fresh ingredients, a sweet, but not too sweet sauce and they certainly don't skimp on toppings. I recommend you give them a shot! While I have not tried the subs, I noticed on the menu they range in price from 4.49 to 5.99 for a loaded sub! You can't make a homemade sandwich for that! :) read more

Classic local joint. Next to sluggos and Petrinos on the south, there's no other choice in holland. Top 3

Terrible customer service. Employee at counter was a girl who was probably older than most of the kids working in the back. She was rude and lacked manners. Ordered and came back for my pizza. Walked in, girl looks at me, goes to the back looks at the only XL pizza there and then walks in the way back. So I sit and wait. Several people walk in to pick up or order and I'm still sitting waiting for her to let me know my pizza is ready. Waited 10 minutes and got in line, she goes and grabs the same pizza that was there over 10 mins. ago. Not impressed with the service. Pizza was good except crust was flavorless and too thick. read more

My go to place for pizza. But their subs are great too. Try the turkey club, my favorite.

Pizza is put together sloppy as hell, usually by children who just let out from high school. You wouldn't think it'd matter considering it's the same ingredients as lasagna, but the sloppier it's put together the nastier it tastes.nothing is presentable let alone edible in that state. Cheese is slid all over the place never covering a consistent space across the pie. It's almost always burnt or underdone, and service is slow. The recipe however is good, just needs better management and staff, and has needed for over ten years. read more
