The dough has perfect texture, thee proper balance of chewy/doughy and thin...legit so good! We opted for a large 2 topping: pepperoni and mushroom, New York style pie. We could have used just a tad more toppings but overall the pizza was well balanced. The pepperoni is old world style, small in circumference but full of flavor. The mushrooms were fresh, none of that rubbery fungus among us! Unfortunately, HobNob didn't deliver to our home but pick up was a breeze. Parking was available behind the store front but I can see how during peak times it could get congested. The team member that greeted and helped us was welcoming and friendly. Worth the drive and I look forward to trying HobNob again and again and again!

The variety of toppings was also a plus. We were traveling through East Lansing and decided to try Georgio's again. I cannot remember but this may or may not be a new location-that's how many years it's been. Fortunately my wife's favorite pizza was still being made-potato and bacon with sour cream. I opted for a more traditional sausage, pepperoni and onion pizza. They absolutely were as good as we remembered. The only thing that changed were the prices! I really like being able to get a slice or two and mix up toppings which is something more difficult when you order a whole pizza. My wife's pizza and mine could not have been any more far apart. Glad we rediscovered Georgio's and will remember when traveling through East Lansing that we have another food option.

Menu also includes subs, salads, fried appetizers, chicken, and ribs. The rest of the establishment was your standard convenient-store, along with a large liquor selection and keg service...very impressive. Kudos to the owner for snagging a prime location and turning it into a great addition to an up-and-coming neighborhood. If the EL city government ever gets with the program and redevelops the blight at the Abbot/EGR intersection, this place may need to add a second story.

This is a story about customer service, not the quality of the pizza…read more I find myself in MI once a year. I always make it a thing to stop by Georgio's and pick up a Gyro pizza because it's simply delicious and I can't find anything like it where I live (even when I lived in NYC). This year, due to the virus, my trip was compromised. I ended up taking a red-eye and my arrival at DTW was to be around 6:30 am, which meant that Georgio's wouldn't be open by the time I passed by East Lansing. Oh no! Do I have to wait another year for my favorite pizza? So I called Georgio's and spoke with a gentleman named Rafael (if my memory is correct). I asked him if he could make a pizza the night before and put it in the oven when he preps the shop before opening--that way, I could pass by and pick it up. I'm so happy! Koula (whom I usually see when I stop by), give that man a raise! (And the pizza at Georgio's is pretty good--this is coming from a former NYer!)
