I have never seen such a large selection of frames in one store! All hand picked by Heidi herself…read more Beautiful and unique frames. The do come at a cost but you get quality. There's a sale once a year where I go and get my pretty frame. My prescription is high, and they use a great lab to make the lenses fit just right (if you don't have a high prescription, you may not understand what I mean). Oh and Heidi and one of her receptionist (forgot her name) are fantastic at finding a frame to fit your face. They know what they carry and where everything is!

The people at this office were lovely, but I can't recommend them since they will not let you apply…read moreinsurance for new lenses on frames not bought in the shop. I would be OK with the premium prices of $500-700ish on the frames I tried on, IF there were frames that fit my face and preferred style. But what I liked just didn't suit my face shape. I just couldn't find a single frame that I was in love with that sat well on me. It wasn't for lack of trying. Instead I wasted my time bringing frames I already had and liked back in. The other thing that didn't sit with me philosophically is that they were OK to charge me totally out of pocket (almost $500 for my prescription), but couldn't be bothered to let me use my optical insurance to bring that price down for me. Buyer beware, especially since the style frames they have aren't for everyone. I'd actually liked the styles they carried and that's why I'd chosen them, but none sat well enough on my face. If they can't be bothered to save their customers a couple hundred dollars if there is no frame sale in it for them, that doesn't jive with me philosophically. I suggest you folks reading this think about if this is the kind of place that deserves your business.

I finally took the plunge and bought a pair of glasses from here!…read more SEE has so many fun and unique pairs of glasses. It's definitely not for someone who wants a simple pair. The store it's self is very sleek. I love how open the space is and there are plenty of mirrors around the store to conveniently check out which pair looks best. One of biggest thing with any business is customer service and SEE does not disappoint. It's probably the best the service I've ever received. All the staff are incredibly helpful, kind, and friendly. They don't push you to buy anything. Yes they are trying to sell you glasses but they want to make sure you are completely satisfied with pair you choose. One downside was I did have to call to see if my glasses were in but that wasn't really a big deal. I just picked up my glasses and I love them! Can't wait to go back and get another pair.

They gave me house-brand moist towelettes to clean my glasses with. These were very rough and either the isopropanol in their formula was made with extremely hard water or their added water was extremely hard, as judged by the absurd, persistent cloudiness from residue left on my glasses after a clean. Overall, wasted 20 minutes looking at glasses once and chem-perma-fogged my glasses during lunchtime one day. Friendly workers.

As of the time of this review, options for foods and drinks include a Giant Eagle grocery store, a Fine Wine & Good Spirits, and about 20 restaurants (e.g., Burgatory, Chick-fil-A, Chipotle, Crazy Mason, Eat 'n Park, Jimmy John's, Longhorn, Storming Crab, and Yokoso). I enjoy many of the restaurants. Retail stores present a good number of options for clothing (e.g., Dick's Sporting Goods, LOFT, and Rally House), footwear (e.g., DSW and Shoe Fly), home goods (e.g., Costco, Lowe's, Michael's, Mattress Firm, and Petco), and health and beauty products (e.g., Bath & Body Works, GNC, and Ulta). Current entertainment includes AMC movie theater, Barnes & Noble bookstore, Dave & Buster's, Improv comedy club, Paint Monkey, and Urban Air Adventure Park. Other current businesses are a few banks, a few hotels, some cell-phone stores, a gym, and healthcare providers (e.g., dental and vision). As you can see, this shopping center has numerous options for different types of customers to eat a meal, go shopping, and be entertained. This shopping center does not contain all of my favorite stores, but I like it more than most other shopping centers in the Pittsburgh area. I even have a friend who drives two hours one-way to shop here.

I grabbed a coffee at Starbucks, shopped at Ultra Beauty, Target, and at Lunch Mexican restaurant. Would recommend the area.
