Finally I find one tag on the sweater with a QR code because I needed cleaning information and it took me to Shein's website for care instructions. I found the listing, the sweater was $9.75 on Shein and they were selling it for $28 in store. I don't know if the item came with no tags or they were cut off, but I felt deceived. Raising prices is normal for many stores, but I don't like to support this because I feel shopping from Shein is unethical.

I met Marilla herself, who gave me a tour of the small shop and explained how everything worked. This store carries several types of products. Bulk spices, coffee, tea, and candy; reusable/ecofriendly household products like soap bags and kitchen scrubbers; and big refill tubs of liquid items like face wash, hand soap, shampoo, and the like. They have jars you can purchase, or bring your own jar/container. Either way, the container is weighed and then you are charged for the weight of the product. There are fancier jars to buy for a few dollars, or use one of the recycled jars on the free shelf (they are cleaned and sanitized before being set out). Marilla also accepts clean, clear jars (no label) if you have them to donate. I look forward to refilling some household products here instead of buying one more plastic hand soap bottle or spice jar. Check this place out!

When I returned with the paperwork from county clerk on Tuesday, 8/11/26, John, the employee behind the counter, retrieved the handgun, but claimed he didn't know about the shotgun, so a second background check was required. While the background check was running, he left to help another customer, then disappeared. Two other employees took over the transaction, but there was confusion about what steps had been completed. What should have been a simple 30 minute transaction turned into a 2+ hour wait. Very disappointed in Sportsman's Warehouse, not worth a return trip.
