We had some request that seemed like a big deal, but Sazs event planner Michelle said "no problem!" as she helped develop our menu and overall timeline for the evening. Something I appreciated was their willingness and focus on taking care of our guests with allergies/dietary restrictions. While planning was truly a breeze, the service the day of was impeccable. The staff was helpful, professional and very efficient throughout the entire evening. We had so much positive feedback on the food that evening- everyone loved the apple cider glaced short ribs, blackened swordfish and the supper club style relish trays. The bartenders were friendly and knowledgable, ensuring our guest were provided well-crafted speciality cocktails and efficient service.

They were also very accommodating with phone calls instead of in-person meetings with us not living in the same city. For the rehearsal dinner we set up a buffet and the food was great! Many of our guests were going up for seconds and told us how good the food was. We went with their burger and chicken bar and there was not only plenty of food but the set up and takedown process after the event was handled with great professionalism and timeliness. For our wedding reception we could not be happier with Saz's as well! All the staff were professional and the food was amazing. Let's ignore how the new facility is brighter, beautiful and bigger. The staff are very nice and helpful but they were before the fire too. The food. Is not the same. Not better but worse. GRAZING BOARDS + APPETIZERS: I was drawn to Twisted Radish by the photos on their website of their elaborate grazing boards (because appetizers are always one of my favorite parts of a wedding..), and it was so fun creating a delicious spread with Nicki's help. The end result was even better than I expected, she went out of her way to make sure everything was displayed beautifully and it all tasted amazing. DINNER: We did a plated dinner with three different main course options - Wedding Day Salmon, Herbed Tri Tip and Apple Cider Chicken. Each plate came with heirloom carrots with rosemary and orange, garlic broccoli with chili flakes, roasted fingerling potatoes, poached pear salad and sourdough dinner rolls. She even surprised us with butter boards for the rolls! Every dish tasted amazing, even better than I imagined. COFFEE AND DESSERT: Nicki set up a incredible coffee station complete with almond and oat milks in vintage carafes. I have a lot of coffee snobs in the family, and they all approved of the coffee. The staff was extremely professional, organized, and cleaned up after themselves as if they'd never been to the venue. They were super easy to work with throughout the entire planning process, even with a pandemic trying to throw a wrench in the planning. We don't live in the area, but if we ever had an occasion to use them again, we absolutely would. The least we can do is make sure the word gets out in their area -- Rockman's rocks!

Scott and everyone else at Rockmans (we also worked with Allyssa) was professional and extremely accommodating. Here are some highlights: -we changed our minds a thousand times and they were ok with that! Really quick to reply. -accommodated gluten free, dairy free, and soy free requests for a few of or guests -no extra charge to travel from their location (Plover) to our venue in Marshfield -we did not feel nickel and dimed, really great value -provided bar tender and let us provide our own alcohol and coffee -- they were totally fine with us using as much or as little of their services as we wanted. They don't lock you into using only them or their products for catering. -their catering costs include the linens (not extra) -really fast and efficient at serving our 160 guests -food was amazing. We got a lot of compliments. Overall Rockmans is a great value, very professional, wonderful to work with, and highly experienced. We would definitely recommend to others for wedding or other events and already have!
