On a whim I called on Saturday morning for a Sunday delivery and Corrie was able to accommodate plus the cost of the balloons was very reasonable (almost a quarter of what other places were charging). I made a mistake thinking the house was closer but Corrie and I figured it out and she still made the delivery on a Sunday afternoon! I'd highly recommend teacups and trucks!

We then found out she has a program called Mom's Morning Out from 9:30 to 12:30 three days a week for ages 2 to 4. My son has been attending for a month and I cannot say enough about how impressed we are with the program. The instructor, Patrice is so involved and thoughtful about the content of the classes. It is not just a place to drop your kids for a few hours, it is really well organized and structured, but in a natural and creative environment. My son is even learning Spanish and yoga! The class size is small, and the cost is very reasonable for the quality of the program. I highly recommend the Mom's Morning Out program to any mom looking for a preschool-type program in Mount Pleasant.

An absolute 5 star experience that I'd give 10 stars if I could. The picnic was stunning beautiful,…read morephotogenic, romantic, and vacation-making. Really, the only downside is that my own self-crafted picnics are going to be sad by comparison for the rest of my life. I want to book another one soon. Note: I booked a 1.5hr Sunrise Deluxe picnic. PROS: -THE PICNIC IS BEAUTIFUL OH MY GOD. The pictures capture some of the beauty, but a lot of the magic of the picnic is in the beautiful, expansive layout set up against the sunrise/sunset. That initial "pow!" view is just flawless. -BUT REALLY. Obviously, the pictures "sell" the picnic really well, but a lot of it is in the details that you don't see until you sit down. The blankets we had that perfect, "fresh from the dryer" smell to them. The cloth napkins had zero wrinkles in them. The hand-written sign looks brand new with no sign of any other words ever having been written on it. The included tipi was perfectly placed that it didn't get in the way of our sunrise view...but once the sun was up, it blocked the seating perfectly so we could sit without the sun in our eyes. Complimentary water was included and on fresh ice. Laminated instructions included with the Bluetooth speaker to ensure you're not spending any extra time learning new tech. The large beach blanket laid out under the picnic was large enough to give you tons of wiggle room without running into sand. Speaking of sand, there wasn't a speck of sand anywhere on the blankets or on the tables or chairs. I think the owners may be sand wizards. -It's amazing to literally show up and have an extremely, overwhelmingly romantic, view all set up and with zero work on your end. Even for me (the person who scheduled it), it was a surprise just to see it all there. -On that note, if you're going to "surprise" a partner or someone with the picnic, I'd recommend blindfolding them and having them wait a little ways from the picnic. The owners will be there for the "handoff" of both arrival and departure, but they're clearly versed in surprises and talked in whispers and quietly scuttled off for us to get down to the picnic part. -A rush of unexpected frigid weather meant we were extremely underpacked for the 50 degree temperatures. I noted it to the owner, and they brought extra blankets. When I mentioned we'd had some beach fly issues on our own part of Myrtle Beach, they packed us discreet bug spray too (though I'm happy to report no bug issues during the picnic!) -The sitting wicker cushions (I think they're meditation platforms?) are surprisingly comfortable. I wouldn't say you'll want to be on them for hours on end, but they're great for staying seated and cuddling for a 1.5hr picnic. I'd plan for lawn games and a bit of movement if you're doing a longer party with lots of people. -I had some questions about availability and where they could set up. They answered Instagram messages mostly within 24 hours, and I was able to go from "no idea this company exists" to "confidently booked picnic" within 4 days with no issue. CONS: -MB Picnic is only able to use public beach accesses to set up their picnics on beaches. Not a huge deal for most, but if you're staying in a large complex, you might need to drive over to a public beach access point for your picnic. -All of the seating options that I saw required being on the ground for sitting. (wicker cushions, ground pillows, flat sand rattan chairs, tipi) It's not an issue for me, but for mobility concerns, MB Picnic could consider adding some sort of default/swappable elevated chair option for others. (I'm pretty sure they'd already provide that upon request if you asked though! The owners were extremely accommodating!) -Not MB Picnic's fault, but I hadn't really thought about how stunning their picnic would be. I mean, I HAD which is why I booked them, but I hadn't thought about how stunning other people would find it either. During our 1.5 hour picnic, we had 6 different sunrise beach walkers come up and talk to us. Depending on what vibe you're going for (celebrating something awesome vs romantic, private picnic), this is something to consider. People didn't start really talking to us until sunrise was over and the sun was up, though, so we had the cute private moments to start the picnic; plan accordingly if you're going to be doing your own sunrise picnic.

When I started planning my wedding in January, I felt like Ooh Events was going to make my life…read moremuch easier. By the time the wedding came around, I couldn't wait to be done working with them. Here the key reasons I'd avoid working with them if I were planning: 1. My original planner was sweet but disorganized and lacked follow-through. I had paid for the design and coordination package, and she wasn't delivering on the design elements. And it's not like these packages are cheap! 2. That planner either got fired or quit, but that was news to me until I showed up in Charleston for my tastings and tours. I texted her only to find out then that she was no longer with the company. No one at Oh Events had reached out to me. When I called them to see what was going on, they played it off and tried to place all the blame on the old planner. When I emailed the owner Lisa, she did not take any accountability for the situation and again tried to play it off. The one saving grace was Carissa, who seemed to know what she was doing and tried to be helpful. 3. After that whole debacle, I had a few different people working on the wedding. The lead was Amanda and she was definitely an improvement. She was good with follow through and responsive. During the wedding, she seemed to keep things moving smoothly enough and she even gave us a ride at the end of the night. I would have liked her to be reaching out to me more proactively but I got the sense that she was overworked and newer. 4. The one place where Amanda dropped the ball is with our cake at the end of the night. We had discussed having the top tier sent home with my in-laws. On Sunday, I asked my mother-in-law if she got the cake and she said she never got it, so I asked Amanda what happened. That's when she told me she hadn't been able to get the cake, so I asked her to contact the venue to see where it was. Again, I had to be the one to follow up a few days later to see what happened with that. That's when she told me that they couldn't find it but that I was welcome to call the venue and sort it out. It's not my job to sort that out and again they should be taking responsibility for losing our top tier. I have yet to hear back on what they will do but don't expect they will do anything bc that is the type of company they are. We also used them for rentals and florals. Kaitlyn from florals is a bit terse over email but Susanne was lovely in person. The flowers were nice though the bouquets weren't fresh and starting to wilt already when we got them. Not sure what happened with the florals at the end of the night. Rentals were fine but a bit pricey. They also have weird fees added on (flip fee for example) and we had to pay extra to the venue since the rental team wanted to be there early. Overall, Ooh Events seems to be all over the place and I wouldn't recommend them to a friend.

I rented table and chairs over the Christmas holiday. The items I received were in terrible condition. I returned the items and followed up with the representative. I was responded to saying that my message was being sent to management on the 29th and I would hear back soon. Sha Sha helped with the design and floral for our big day. The entire team was absolutely wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! They are experienced, knowledgable, personable, and extremely professional. Every vendor they recommended to us were perfect as well! When it comes to putting on a killer event, they know their stuff! I was an out of town bride so I interviewed many coordinators and chose Loluma because of their reputation and experience and also Tiffany took the time to work up a preliminary budget with me to help us get started. It made such an impact that she was willing to take a half hour out of her day to contribute to my husband and I before we made a commitment to hire them. I am so happy our decision to work with with Loluma because our wedding was 100% flawless! Everything from the decor to the flowers and the lighting were absolutely stunning. The wedding itself ran smoothly without any hiccups. I cannot tell you how many gust complimented the entire event and said it was like nothing they've ever seen before and it was the best wedding they've been to. They did an amazing job carrying out all of my ideas. They also took so much off my plate that I had nothing to worry about but saying "I do" on the actual day. It was everything we were hoping for but BETTER! I can honestly say I would hire them again in a heartbeat because they helped us have the most amazing wedding ever!
