All gone!!! That's how good it was.

Food and service were great! We had the Mongolian beef, orange chicken, crab rangoon, coconut shrimp, lo mein, and various sushi and sashimi rolls. All the food was amazing. The beef was a bit spongy, but the rest was amazing! Great, friendly service too! Don't miss this place.

It was homecoming night the evening we went and other than a few closed up locations, there were lots of people and plenty of seating. We tried the Grilled Pork Bao Sliders and both got the Kulantro Noodle Bowl, mine with Grilled Chicken and his with Grilled Pork. All the food was done unbelievably fast at 5 minutes max. The bao buns themselves weren't the freshest and had some hard pieces we removed, but the flavor of the pork was really nice. I was shocked by the amount of food they gave us! They really load the ingredients and I was really happy with how the proteins turned out. The sweet chili sauce added a nice flavor to it as well. I didn't finish my bowl and had it as cold leftovers later on and it was still tasty! I would definitely come back here if I was ever in the area. 5 stars for the food itself and -1 star for the employees' attitudes. If you don't want to be there and work, then quit and do something else.

This is a one-of-a-kind place, the Vietnamese fusion flavors are so delicious, the fresh herbs and vegetables pop with brightness alongside the perfectly prepared seafood and meats. We went for my husband's birthday and the Alkeme team made it an unforgettable evening. They gave him a free sparkling wine for his bday :) He ordered the sake pairing for the "sea" tasting menu, and wow, we've never tried sakes this innovative. You can tell the sakes were carefully selected, some more light, others more earthy, all of them excellent. I ordered the Sticky Business cocktail, and damn, it was amazing!! Their take on a tiki drink but less sweet, with a boozey foam and mango pearls. The service was wonderful. We got to talk to Chef Erica, which was very cool, and Vickie gave lovely descriptions of our dishes. They and our waitress made my husband's birthday so special. This restaurant in my opinion is James Beard and/or Michelin level dining. We loved everything about it. I highly recommend Alkeme, we'll never forget this special meal!

They clearly have Wi-Fi available, but they do not provide it to customers. When I asked about it, the owner's explanation came across as dismissive and excuse-making rather than customer-focused. She even questioned whether I was sincere about dining here, instead of resolving a basic service in tourism area. I originally planned to order the $85 tasting menu and other items, but the interaction changed my dining mood before I even ordered. I paid for the drinks I had already ordered and went to another restaurant. The issue was not only the Wi-Fi itself, but the poor customer mindset behind the response. I will not let this kind of service make money from me.

And sometimes when there's limited choice here I'll make do with what is available. Fortunately this place is great. You can order a single broth or a split pot. I usually go with the taiwan spicyy broth and one of the others. It's always good, regardless of what ingredients you order they'll pile the plate high. They offer tons of condiments and ice cream for desert. I've also ordered this as delivery which I thought was impossible. But they make it work. You order your broth (single flavor uless you get two orders of broth). You also order your ingredients and whatevder sides you want. I usually get beef, pork and meatballs. Rather than cooking yourself they come cooked in a container with a little brother and you add them at your leisure. I usually get the spicy chicken nuggets as a side and they are delicious. It's a huge portion of food and I almost always have leftovers. Great place!

My server patiently described it all to me and answered my questions. I ended up having a wonderful time both times I've gone. The Thai curry broth is really good. This place is vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free friendly. The portion size is very large. The sauces on the sauce bar are delicious. I really enjoyed being able to mix them in just the ways I chose, that most were vegetarian and vegan, and deciding just what I wanted to eat- which broth, which vegetables and tofu. There is also green onion, cilantro, jalapeño, and such at the sauce bar. There are many options available. The fried mushroom appetizer was good too. Great for a group or date night. It is a casual atmosphere, but a fun experience.

Over here, it was just right. The fish part of my Fish & Chips were very good. The Sriracha aoli paired well with it, I didnt touch the tartar sauce. Shoe string fries, not my thing. I took in the ambiance and noticed the restaurant was pretty spacious, the tables/booths were decently sized so you have enough space for your things or if you want to spread out. The theme and decor seemed to be Hawaiian so that interesting. While waiting for our waiter I overheard the man who sat us telling another table that Sunday was all day happy hour, which he never told us about but I'm glad I overheard it. So once our waiter came, I asked him to confirm. I got the lemon grass pear martini, which was made perfectly, and was absolutely delicious. It was my favorite of the night! For the appetizers, we got Shanghai shrimp, it came with two dips (mint cilantro dip and not sure what the other one was). The other appetizer we got where the dumplings. The inside was pork and vegetables (Shanghai, dipping sauce, but tasted like sauce sauce). Both appetizers were delicious, I'd definitely order again. For our entrees, I ordered the Sesame chicken it came with broccoli and I got white rice, it was perfect, and everything I wanted! I'm glad our waiter confirmed because I was stuck between that and the red curry beef. My dining companion ordered the rice paper salmon, which comes with mango, pineapple, salsa, Shanghai sauce, and sweet cucumbers. They loved it, and the large was enough to take to go and have the next day. All in all, we had a great service from our waiter Ronny, a nice dining experience and fabulous drinks!

I haven't been inside, but I tried their take-out. The wings were okay. It honestly didn't stand out bc it tasted like the sweet Asian chili sauce in a bottle. The crisp from the wings didn't look "double fried," which Korean chicken wings are known for. The cucumber kimchi ($3) looked a little different than traditional cucumber kimchi, but still tasty and spicy. Their cabbage and radish kimchi had a nice kick to as well, and I liked the extra ginger note. The 2 Korean tacos ($8.95) can be mix and match, so I got the Bulgogi beef and Spicy Pork. The presentation was lovely and they tasted good. There was a lot of meat and paired well with kimchi. In the future, I'll have a side rice. Overall, I recommend, but wished they would add mandoo or fried dumplings as an appetizer.
