Leisure point is one of my most favorite places in the world. My wife has been coming here since…read moreshe was a child. She used to go crabbing with her grandfather out of the Leisure Point Marina. Now her cousins have a boat in the Marina. Her parents retired here after almost 40 years of coming here with their kids to camp. Her uncle and several cousins live here full time also. Leisure Point is a little slice of heaven. It is so peaceful here that within a few hours of being here my wife and I notice less stress and a general sense of calm. People wave to you even if they don't know you! There is a real sense of community here that is very hard to find these days. The pool is awesome, the little snack shack is wonderful, pre-COVID they had tons of activities for all ages!! This place is as good as it gets around here. There is a good chance that someday my wife and I will buy a place here as well.
