They are straight shooters and I've used them at least half a dozen times. Prices are comparable to others locally and I find them very easy to deal with. They apologized and I never reported the incident to U-haul, which was a mistake. When I called to complain, I was told that it 'was stupid on my part' to put down 7 pm for return, but return it after 7 pm. The installation took about 3 hours but they only charged me for one and the price installed for the hitch with wiring was reasonable. When the vehicle was on the ramp my abs light was on. The tech explained to me that u haul has a insurance policy and they would cover it if the vehicle had to go back to VW. Fortunately when they took the vehicle off the ramp the light went out. Even though I didn't need it I was put at ease that they would cover it if there ever was a problem. I would highly recommend.

One call to Penske calmed all of our fears. They had the size truck we needed and in the right time frame. Ask for Andy, he was amazingly helpful!
