Then when I called the reservation specialists in Brooklyn I was transferred and put on hold literally seven times without even being told I would be transferred each time because everyone is just kicking the can down the road. U-Haul is the most messed up faceless corporation with base zombies working for them. Never ever book with them. Budget offers trucks for rental.
