Recently, I came out to find a mark on my fender not sure where it came from so I went to Fishkill autobody and asked them the best way I could remove it. Without hesitation the lady I'm sorry I don't know. Her name came out and looked at my car told me to hold on have a seat in the waiting area took my keys pulled my car in they proceeded to buff out the Mark so you can't even tell it was ever there.. They did not charge me a dime they would not take money I gave the guy a tip that did the work and left very happy once again. The people at Fishkill auto body go above and beyond with customer care I highly highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed if you need work done.

The police officer told me the tow driver (owner) would meet me in a nearby gas station parking lot to exchange information. He never stopped and drove away. Good thing I noticed what company it was or I wouldn't of known where my car was towed. So then I go to the his auto body shop to pay the tow fee, and wow 225 dollars to have my car towed less than two miles. But wait it gets better. I am then told that he does not accept any form of credit card for payment. I didn't have cash and was told by the owner to "go borrow it from someone". How unprofessional. Upon doing some research on the Town of Fishkill's website, I noticed that all tow truck companies that are on the Town of Fishkill's list for tows must accept at least two major credit cards. Long story not so short. I was forced to pay my mechanic the tow fee (separate company). Who then in return would pay this joke of a body shop. This place of business shouldn't be in business at all, and the Town should remove them from their tow rotational list immediately!

Maybe I was…read morepunk'd, I really don't know, but I certainly didn't get the same service these guys are talking about below. Here's my story. Called up silver rock (these are the guys you deal with when you buy a car from Carvana) and they said they would deal with the repair (very minor to the undercarriage protector) through this Maaco. I called them up and explained the situation and they connected me to Rob who seems to have experience with the Carvana situation. Rob was prompt, intelligent, efficient, and downright pleasant. Scheduled me to have a look, which took all of ten minutes, then he told me he'd call me when the part was in, which was exactly what he did. He then scheduled me to come in for the replacement, and when I failed to show up and didn't even get a chance to call him until two days later (got hung up at work), did Rob give me a one star response? Nah bro, without missing a beat he five stars the whole situation with a simple "no worries, let's reschedule you and get this fixed". Which is exactly what he proceeded to do. So I dunno, was this a fluke? Did this one star place just have a really awesome 7 days in a row when I was there? Doubtful. All I can say is based on what I've experienced, these guys deserve your business.
