All of the buildings were super clean, looks like they put new carpets, and the actual units were very clean. The manager, Jocelyn, was absolutely amazing. It was oh first time renting a storage, so she guided me through everything and helped me pick out what would suit my needs best. I am very impressed by the staff and the cleanliness. I have had the unit for about a month now, have gone in only a handful of times, but they are consistent. They are technologically up to date and have an app to check on your unit, pay, and open the gate through your phone. Huge plus. So far so good

They saved me because an employee stayed after hours because he knew there were delayed flight that night. I was so impressed they did that. I would have been without a car until the next morning. Their staff were high when they served me, he was also…read morescrolling on tinder swiping left and right when I asked him why he gave me the wrong sized minibus, he begged me not to tell his boss he was on his phone at work and then went on to explain that he gave my reserved minibus away by mistake , blamed me for not reserving it earlier (when in fact I reserved it 6 months previous), then when I went to complain at the front desk that I needed the minibus I ordered for the seat capacity the other staff member raised his voice at me and told me I was being ungrateful because they are giving me two vehicles instead of one.. ( how I'm suppose to drive two at once I don't understand) and after three months of trying to get someone on the phone to get someone to take my complaint seriously they black list me.
