Sometimes they will set discount stuff outside to browse as well. Five stars, fantastic place and I hope to come again soon!

All the video games, media, & other merchandise is reasonably organized into their racks or display cases sorted by system or genre. The store staff is knowledgeable and friendly when it comes to their systems, other items they're selling or if I had a question about what I own or about to purchase. I have also been impressed with the surfaces of my media products as they've never skipped & are barley scratched & have a smooth playing surface.  Be sure to like on FB & tell a friend https://www.facebook.com/ActionGameAndMovie/

While the waterfront and cool Zen garden are gone this new place is bigger and better, with more of the cool stuff, all around. (they do have a huge peace sign on the lawn so there's that) They store is locally owned and operated, it's very clean, regularly sanitized, organized and well-stocked and a very pleasant environment and shopping experience. I like to go with, their self-proclaimed moniker, of a one-stop hippie boutique, it fits for sure :-) They are a local CBD retailer, from oils to edibles and more with smoking accessories and vaporizers, incense, clothing, band t-shirts, lots of tie-dyes, flags, candles, body jewelry, banners, and a lot more. This is not a souvenir or head shop it's kinda what I stated, it's like a cool hippie shop for old hippies, like me, and a cool place for the younger folk who weren't fortunate enough to be around and cool in the sixties :-) (Did I mention there are tattoos and piercings :-) Bottom line: Today's visit was really great and as always the staff is great and very helpful! I even picked up some CBD jerky that was on sale and got a couple of tie-dye face masks, thank you Covid, and #1 son found some of his favourite incense and I will be returning here regularly for sales and new arrivals. I've called and used their website portal multiple times and it seems there's no one there. Essentially, you buy anything from them, you're stuck with it even if it's defective. In August 2025, bought a beautiful premium long sleeve tshirt. Before giving to my daughter to wear, I washed in on cold delicate with a few minutes in a low heat tumble cycle. The gorgeous lettering just flipped off halfway--it wasn't like a corner here or there--it was most of the letters. It's December. The purchase was made in August. STILL NO RESPONSE. Here the FIFTH email I sent to them and still no response: Hi, I've contacted your store several times, using this email portal and via phone calls and voicemail that have gone unreturned. I'm hoping this time, it will get through to someone who can and will follow through on customer service. I come in every year and buy my daughter something special to remember her family vacation. My family has a condo across the street. We've been coming in since the days Ilan and his college age daughter were running the shop. We've been loyal customers. This summer, I bought my daughter an Existing Kids Tshirt in pink with a lovely PK and turtle logo. I washed it on cold delicate partial tumble dry low before she wore it and the letters were flopping off of the tshirt. I contacted the PK Trading Co using this online portal and left voicemail. No response. Another two times, no response. Months later, I attempted to low heat iron the letters back on and it didn't work. I contacted PKTC again. No response. This tshirt is a nice quality and the right color and it isn't wearable. How frustrating. I have photos I'd like to share with you and sincerely hope that someone does respond and make good on this purchase. I plan to update this review IF I receive ANY response from them. If this review hasn't been updated, it's just because there is STILL NO RESPONSE.

I contacted Parke Place Jewelry three times by email and also sent multiple text messages to the number listed on her own website at the time. Here are the facts: * July 19, 2024 - First email sent requesting a detailed receipt for the estate jewelry I sold on July 16. * July 21, 2024 - Second follow-up email with same request. * July 23, 2024 - Third email again asking for the receipt. * Multiple text messages were sent to the number listed on her website: 251-943-7225 (NOT the new number she conveniently listed in her reply). In her public response, Paula claimed: "We did not receive a phone call or text..." She also provided a different phone number (251-223-9953) in her reply than the one advertised when I did business with her. That alone shows dishonesty. Let me be clear--I have documentation of every email I sent and screenshots proving the dates and details. Her claim that she never saw my emails or that I didn't reach out is simply untrue and meant to cover her tracks. This was never just about money--I asked repeatedly for a basic receipt for tax and estate records. Paula refused to respond until I left a public review, then turned around and called me the liar. I stand by everything I said--and I have proof to back it. Carlee Wiggins
