I dropped off a small item on a Monday to engrave. I was told it would be ready the next Monday and that I would be called if there was a problem. I was not told until 10:00 the next Monday (7 days later) by a lady named Jennifer that there "might" be a problem because their engraver was not familiar with arch engraving. I reminded a her that I needed it for the next day. She said they would try. I had to call them at 4:00 (they close at 5) to be told they could not engrave my item but offered to print on it.
