I went into this store looking for a Red Sox snap back and a gentleman led me to 4 different styles. I picked a style and he asked if I would like a name stitched on the hat. I said "sure". He gave and a hat with name stitched on the side for $30!!?? That's freaking awesome!! Gentlemen offered great customer service. A++!! Will be back around November before Christmas to buy a few more. This place was TERRIBLE! We are from out of town, and needed a gift embroidered when we arrived, so we when here. MISTAKE! We arrived, and told the guy what we wanted and he showed us on his monitor, which looked fine at the time. Like another review stated, a price was just made up, probably based on what he thought we would pay. The item we were getting embroidered was a pillow case of a world map...pretty straight forward on which way was up. We even physically showed the guy before we left the shop. He told us it would be 30-40 minutes, so we walked around the mall and came back. When we came back, my first clue that it was done incorrectly was he had the item folded up into a small square. I immediately picked it up, unfolded it, and he had embroidered the pillow case UPSIDE DOWN! We were pissed! He told us that "he didn't know what the picture was." REALLY???? What planet are you from? Apparently NOT OURS! He also asked us if we could get another one. Ummmm, NO! We needed this as a gift 2 days later. He told us that he would not charge us. NO SHIT SHIRLOCK! My husband had to contain himself so he didn't punch the guy in the face. We took the item and left. After looking at the item more when we left, the guy had actually ripped the zipper on the bottom as well. Needless to say, DO NOT go here if you value your item. This shop doesn't even warrant 1 star, but Yelp won't let me go forward with no stars clicked. read more
