This was the WORST experience in a restaurant I've had in many years. The waitress was far friendly. Seemed to me that new customers wasn't their goal here. If you were what appeared to be a "regular" (which I'm having a hard believing they actually have) then you got more than a cursory glance and the obligatory taking of your order. The food was NOT good. A simple order of biscuits and gravy and a 2 egg plate took over 45 minutes to get. There were only 2 other tables in the whole restaurant, which by a quick count only had possibly a sum total of 8 tables. We were the last table in so shouldnt have been much of a wait time, one would think. WRONG! When the food did finally arrive it was all cold. The bacon was cooked long enough to avoid a food posioning lawsuit, the hasbrowns were oddly burnt on the outside, raw on the inside and cold. The "homemade gravy" was fryer grease with a touch of flour added to it. Also, apparently they dont know the difference in toast and a biscuit because i ordered a biscuit instead of toast and i got mushy cold toast cause, well, its what the cook ( and i use that term loosely) thought i needed. So, in short my family will drive 45 minutes out of our way to go eat ANY WHERE else in the future. This has a 1 star review only because it won't let me post unless I gave them at least 1 star. read more
