Emphases on not getting drink refills here. I understand if food is delayed but it's not like we can bring our own drinks or serve ourselves. 4. Staff was doing the best they could. This is 100% on management. 5. Booth fell apart on us... mind you, athletic adult woman and 8 year old cheerleader... My husband was able to fix the booth. We were just sitting and at some point it starts caving in towards the back of the seat. Scary! Times are tough. Eating out is such a privilege and this place was just not it. I am not one to leave negative reviews but customers and the staff deserve better. And the staff was working so hard!
