After just driving by Firehouse for 15 yrs ( based off reviews), I should have known better. Finally gave it a try! It was the worst experience ever. Very unorganized and extremely slow service. I ordered a large pizza and Philly sandwich. It took 45 mins to get the sandwich w/dark brown greasy fries, yuck. After an hr wait, Finally our pizza, which I asked to be boxed up so we could leave. I requested jalapeño on HALF of the pizza and they were put on the whole pizza. Hard for a child to eat! To go orders were packaged and left sitting for the hr we sat there. Yes, I was in plain view of the service counter and kitchen. I watched three other customers come in for pick-up orders which were not ready. They all returned to their vehicles and sat for quite some time. The food was not worth the wait, at all...There were 6 employees total. All of which lack experience in the food industry. Better management is definitely needed! This is a cute establishment that could really flourish with the right hands on board. Just my opinion and experience. read more

Such a great small town restaurant. Owned by firefighter... he makes a weekly menu - homemade lasagna, pot roast, burgers etc. Great prices. Great service! Has old school video games, 2 pool tables and boasts $2 draft beers during HH. Plus they deliver within 10 miles. We will be back. Thanks again! read more

We ordered 3 large pizza's, all were very different. He gave us an approximate time of at least 45 minutes to an hour. Before being delivered We were ok with the wait time. The driver showed up 35 minutes later. I had the best BBQ pizza ever. And so did my house guests. I will definitely try firehouse again read more

Every time I've ordered here the food has been excellent. Super hot, fresh and delicious! I'm not sure why the low reviews, but I'm glad I took my chances :) my only complaint is the website times are inaccurate and it often takes longer than 15 mins as listed. Love that they deliver. I am from Chicago so they slice it in triangles not squares like I am used too. But it was tasty and satisfying. The wings were huge and crispy. The smothered Philly fries were awesome. Will order again. read more

Save your money, this is not good pizza. One of our pizzas had dough that was over proofed, the other pizza dough had a dead yeast. This restaurant is run by children. Skip this place and just buy a frozen pizza, then you will get what you paid for. read more

I always try to support local businesses so when I saw this pizza place I thought it was worth a try. I was wrong. My wife and I entered and took our seats at a sticky table. It was about five in the afternoon and we were the only customers inside so there was no excuse for this. But, we made the mistake of ordering. The waitress informed us that they were out of chicken and bacon. Ok. So we ordered two Philly pizzas. They brought out our drinks and, theoretically turned in our order. About 20 minutes later, the waitress came to our table and informed us that the computer didn't transmit our order and it would be 10 more minutes. Ok, mistakes happen. Then 12 minutes later I hear from the back "double philly up". I wait 3-4 more minutes then go to the counter to ask where our pizzas were. The waitress said that there were already pizzas in the over earlier so ours had to wait and it would be another 8-10 minutes. So, we did what we should have done when we found the sticky table and noped right out of there. At least they were embarrassed enough to comp our diet Coke's. Folks, you might be the only pizza in town but you at least need to pretend you care. read more

Ordered a large supreme with extra peperoni. I was told I could pick it up in 25 minutes. I arrived on time then waited ANOTHER 25 minutes to get it. Drove 5 minutes home, open the box, took a bite and the pizza was just barely warm. The crust was cold like pizza left out on the counter for a few hours. Each slice had 3 1/2 to 4 pieces of peperoni on it. How many on a regular? 2 peperoni per slice? While I was waiting the extra 25 minutes, a guy came in carry a pizza. He had been given the wrong one. He was told that his pizza had gone to somebody else. That means TWO people got the wrong order. This is the 3rd time in a row that I have had a bad experience here. We read all of the reviews, negative and positive, and decided to give it a try. The naysayers are a bunch of boobs. The staff was really friendly and attentive. Very disappointed. We came to town for a small couples retreat, and 8 of us decided to come dine in for some pizza. We asked for pepsi, and the lady taking our orders went to get our drinks. She took a while to come back and say there was no pepsi. Okay, fine we'll take coke. We then order pepperoni pizzas, and she went to place the order. She then comes back to say theres no pepperoni. Like really? You work here and dont know that theres no pepsi, or pepperoni? What kind of pizzeria doesn't have pepperoni? I was upset, so I called on purpose to order a pepperoni pizza for george and told me it would be ready soon. Seriously?? When i brought it to their attention they wanted to argue that they had made the pizza for george before we ordered. Like how's that possible if we ordered before "george" did. Even if they did run our of pepperoni, they should manage themselves better to get pepperoni when they're running low. A pizzeria shouldn't be running out of toppings at 3pm.
