We only had minor issues and most of the estimated services were not needed at all. We have a local trusted contractor working on the matter and due diligence. Reading the reviews of the big name contractors led us to believe we had major problems. When they all identified a problem, each of the contractors suggested totally different things that were relevant, but not needed at all.
