After hiring the The Roof Doctors, they: a) removed the existing layer of roofing shingles to wood deck, b) installed ice and water shield on all eaves and valleys, around chimneys, and on all low pitch areas of roofing b) installed premium GAF synthetic vapor barrier on field section of roof deck, c) installed GAF Timberline Lifetime shingles, d) installed new roll vent ridge vent system e) installed new step flashing and counter flashing including base around chimney, f) installed new GAF Hip and Ridge caps, and g) installed new counter flashing on chimneys. They even installed gutter guards and trimmed low-hanging branches above upper roof section -- at no extra cost. The entire project was all for under $10,000! Not only that, due to an oversight by the supplier, Roof Doctors fought for them to upgrade my shingles to to ultraHD shingles at no additional cost. They were professional and efficient, which is why I referred them to my friend who also raved about their service. My referral earned me $250!
