First time, in town for work. Small ghost pepper cheesesteak (limited time special) with a small order of fries. Fries are fresh cut and near perfect; decently salted, hardly greasy, decent crisp across the majority, very well sized. Sandwich was quite good, bread is great with a nice toast on the outside and soft on the inside. Good ratio of peppers, mushrooms and all such things. Not as spicy as I expected by the "ghost pepper" name and probably for the best, but certainly noticeable. Could've done for a little more meat on the sandwich for the bread-to-meat ratio but plenty respectable and didn't leave me hungry at the end. Absolutely will look to return if our here again. read more

I felt welcomed just walking in. Greeter took my order and then began working on building my custom Dagwood. Down at the other end a cashier took my payment and poured my lemonade. Fries were great 4 stars for just the fries. Store really needs an update and heat was on but at 57 so bring a winter clothes like gloves and a winter coat 1 Star for atmosphere . It says they are remodeling so hopefully it will be an appropriate temperature also. People were friendly 5 star but the bill was high for the food 2 star for value. This is a great Penn Station location. I stop here on my way home from work all the time. They have good service and good food. I always get the Italian sub. My husband gets the artichoke. I like their bread better than Subway, it is thinner. I also love their lemonade! It is always clean, including the restroom. I've never had a negative experience at this location. read more

I fell in love with this place in Franklin Indiana but created an expectation that this place couldn't even relate to. Flavorless and no I don't have COVID. It wasn't anything I hoped to pay for. This review should not be considered as a poor reflection of the restaurant chain. Penn Stations food is great. My experience with this location has been terrible with who I assume is a supervisor or manager. I recently went in to buy 10 of their cookies. I asked if I could have a cookie tray (just the plastic tray) so I could drop them off as a present to a local office. The employee asked the manager on duty and the manager told me those cost her and she can't just give those out. I told here a lot of other stores give them to me, especially when I'm spending 30-50 dollars in cookies. Her response was then I should probably be going to those penn stations instead of that one. She was overall hateful and rude. I'm not entirely sure why. I even offered to pay for the trays if price was really that much of an issue. I spend roughly $500 dollars every December for penn station cookies as Christmas presents to clients and I always have a great interaction with most penn station staff. I cant speak to how the rest of the staff at Radcliff penn station are, but I think I will take this manager/supervisors advice and I will be shopping at other penn stations in the future. read more

On our way through town we were famished and stopped at this location passing up places we knew would deliver quick quality service and food because the menu looked good. Upon entry there was a bustling kitchen and several people waiting on food. There was an attendant batting with a patron at the pickup order counter yet no one at the order kiosk. We were 2nd in line, with 2 people behind us. I thought as soon as the young man with brown hair was done with the customer at the pick up kiosk, he would come to take all of our orders. This did not occur. Instead we waited. In total we wasted 10 minutes waiting... when I approached the other end of the counter to inquire what the issue was with not being served... that same young man looked at me and stated "we are too busy to take orders". I announced this to the patrons waiting, we took our 2 person party to subway and ate fresh. Very disappointing first experience. read more

Penn Station is my favorite sub of any. I usually get the Italian grilled but have tried the others at times. All are wonderful but theItalian is best in my mind. Pair that with fresh cut fries and hand squeezed lemonade and you have a true winner. Highly recommend it. read more

Just came through radcliff just got stationed here. Saw it had 4 stars decided to try it out. Ordered a ft long club. Was asked got or cold and was told to go pay at register. After me I hear all customers being asked about additional options to add. Never got offered. Price was about $15 for a foot long sub and a lg drink. That's basically a $1 an inch. Let me just say it was NOT worth it. This was a mediocre sandwich at beat. Prob will not be coming here again. The price isn't worth the food offered. read more

I don't know what the hell happened to this place but it used to be a place I never complained about. I just got a sandwich that was practically nothing but bread. My wife and I decided to give the Radcliff store a try on 1/17/12 and we did not get a good first impression! Upon entering the store, we witnessed the cashier "grooming" his hair by running his hand over it several times. Not what I really wanted to see in a food establishment! Secondly, the floor was extremely sticky and dirty that I thought I wandered into a highway rest-stop, instead of a restaurant. The food prices were not very competitive for what they delivered, either. We bought two 10" sandwiches at $7.99 each and they were skinny and poorly loaded with meat, especially the Cordon Bleu sandwich. Anyway, two 10" sandwiches, a small order of greasy fries, and two "large" drinks set me back a total of $23.37! This store is poorly matched against stores like Subway. In the end, I registered feedback on the corporate website and received a response from a manager and the owner of Tri-State Cheesesteaks, LLC (Mr. Kelsey). I was offered complimentary coupons from the manager, but I declined the offer because of the cleanliness issue. Anyway, Mr. Kelsey sent me a harsh e-mail response and was frustrated that I wouldn't give his store another chance. Personally, I feel cleanliness should be a top-priority for restaurants, so going back to the same restaurant was certainly out of the picture. I hope the store addresses these issues (they claimed they had), but I will certainly avoid this store during future outings. One Star for cleanliness and lack of value! read more

Best sandwiches in Radcliffe! I order the Philly cheesesteak sandwich, everything on it, with a side of fries, their signature lemonade, and a chocolate chip cookie. The pizza sauce on their Philly cheesesteak sandwich is unbelievably good. Service is always great, Deanne is very sweet and takes pride in her work.
