Went 1/2 hour before closing on a weeknight. We got two thin crust pizzas, the bacon cheeseburger was the bomb. Lots of cheese and the toppings were almost to the end of the crust. The second pizza we picked the toppings and was also very good. They brew their own beer with many selections on tap. I had the hefe weisen which was very good. Food was delicious, and the beer was very good, but unfortunately the service was awful. Our first visit was with my wife in a mostly empty restaurant. We waited quite a while for our ticket after finishing our meal, which I didn't initially take as a sign of a bigger problem. The second visit was much worse. We came with a group of about 15 for lunch, and although the restaurant had just opened and the building was mostly empty, we waited over 30 minutes before anyone took our food order. Meanwhile, everyone who arrived after us were getting their food and drinks. We ultimately had to leave to return to work without ever receiving our meals. Good pizza some of the best in Radcliffe. I enjoy coking and watching some sports on their tvs. It's a good atmosphere

6 of us wet there for lunch. Took an hour to get our salads and pizza. Waitress said she ended up making our food because they were working on a carry out order. Salads came out with half the ingredients everyone else had. We won't go back. They need to hire more people or fix their priorities. No one wants to wait an hour when there are other choices to go to. read more

The lasagna was really good. I'd definitely get it again. Service was somewhat slow, but the food didn't taste microwaved. Went with the bartenders recommendation on beer, and it did not disappoint. Worth going to. I was a little nervous based on reviews, but there just aren't enough reviews in general to give them any weight. This review concurs with the average. What gets my highest rating is leftovers. We came on a Monday night, which is generally not a busy time. Our wait wasn't tremendously long, yet it wasn't the quickest either. We had to signal at a few different servers before ours finally arrived. Even during our meal it was spinning our heads around to find someone. We asked for a drink menu. The only one that's offered is for beer. They do serve Pepsi products, just not listed on the menu. We noticed a couple who left had a beer flight on their table. Initially it intrigued us but then wondered if the beer is any good as a couple of their glasses of the flight still had most of the beer in it. Decor is minimal. Not quite esthetically pleasing yet not deterring either. Sorry didn't take many shots of the whole restaurant. We ordered the regular size meatballs for the appetizer. One of them had a bit cooler center. Guessing it didn't come to room temp before they threw it in the oven. Otherwise, satisfactory. We stuck with the Medium Craft House pizza. With 8 slices, we had 4 for leftovers. I didn't try mine till a couple of days later. Without reheating it, I was able to enjoy it while nibbling over a course of two hours without issue in taste or texture. Overall, pizza wins. We may have to plan for takeout next time instead of sticking around for service. Don't remember if they have desserts on the menu, buy definitely missing on an opportunity to serve cannolis! read more

Radcliff does not get many new restaurants. I am grateful for this new business as I do not eat the standard pizza chains. The prices for individual pizzas are excellent. The place has modern decor. I enjoy the Specialty Peppa-Que Chicken on thin crust. Their salads have been fresh and sizable as well. Good place to eat during lunch with the office. read more

This being my first time here and hearing people rave about out the pizza I was excited to give it a try. We ordered hot wings and found them decent in size deep fried to a crispy perfection with a sauce that was ordinary in flavor. We also ordered a medium craft house special regular crust. And requested no canadian bacon and the pepperoni to be doubled as the bacon replacement. The pizza came hot and fresh with crispy bottom dough and flavorful toppings. Now, this might be my pet peeve as I prefer the cheese placement above the sauce then the meat and vegetables as I find the vegetables slightly caramelized during the baking process which enhances all the flavors of the pie. Also it helps the toppings from sliding off when biting into the slice. As I said that my preference and I won't stop eating here because of topping placement. Now, what would stop me from eating here is the lack of hygiene by the cooks as it bothers me seeing my pizza being prepared by a long haired bearded gentleman with no hair net for his beard or hair tied back. Also being charged more for requesting to remove the Canadian bacon and replace it with more pepperoni is a bit of a stretch of ethical business practice. That's my opinion. The pizza was fantastic, the crust was amazing. I was surprised it did not have a lot of oil. The sauce was great. My salad was the freshest I've had in a long time. The service was really nice and welcoming. And with the settings, tv's and drinks it's a great place to watch the games in the evenings or the weekend. Great family restaurants. I'd give this place Five big stars. Will definitely be going back. You gotta try it. read more

Was not sure what to expect from this place, was looking for some good pizza and I found excellent pizza. Service was great, lots of seats, TVs on the wall playing games, they serve all types of beverages, waitress was nice and attentive. The dessert was delicious. We ordered takeout pizza, wings, and breadsticks. All of our food was very good! The thin crust with ranch sauce was great! Our other pizza was more traditional and had maybe just a bit too much sauce, but tasted good. Boneless wings were tender and flavorful. The service at pickup was friendly and prompt. What can I say about Craft House Pizza? It's a good pizza but the cheese sticks are bland and have no flavor. The pizza I ordered was an "artisan" pizza but, it tasted like something I can get from Dominoes. Don't get me wrong but it was good but could have been better! I dont believe that they use any type of pizza sauce on the pizza. They just overload it with cheese. The service was okay at best. I did an online order an hour and a half ahead of time and when I scheduled my pickup time it wasn't ready and had to sit there for about 15 minutes waiting. The place was clean and the atmosphere was nice with the tv's on the walls playing the same two shows. Overall I personally wouldn't eat there again. It's just over priced Dominoes. read more

My daughter and her wife took my fiancé and me there. The pizza we ordered was wrong so they re-made ours and we just took it home. The next day we tried to eat the pizza and could hardly get it out of the box because it was under done. We liked the first (wrong) pizza so we decided to try the sandwiches. I got the stromboli and it was the worst stromboli i have ever had!! We wont be eating there again. read more
