The flavors are great, all the ingredients mesh perfectly, and is it such a comforting sandwich. The locale is nothing fancy; speaks softly and carries a big stick. The staff is great and personable. Sandwich was quite good, bread is great with a nice toast on the outside and soft on the inside. Good ratio of peppers, mushrooms and all such things. Not as spicy as I expected by the "ghost pepper" name and probably for the best, but certainly noticeable. Could've done for a little more meat on the sandwich for the bread-to-meat ratio but plenty respectable and didn't leave me hungry at the end. Absolutely will look to return if our here again.

This place was kinda tricky to find. GPS originally took me to a place that looked like an apartment building however this business appears to be adjacent to the apartment building. I go inside and just proceed to sit at the bar. I think I was to supposed to wait to be seated because bar staff seemed a little annoyed when I walked up to the bar, nothing was said but I think maybe they were I'm not sure. I felt bad in a way but, I never been here before so I had no idea. They have a very extensive Bourbon/whiskey menu and beer selection. They do have food here as well but, I didn't try it this visit. I do like the atmosphere of this place. It's lounge like with dim lighting. The bathroom was definitely unique just look at the picture I took attached with my review. I did try their signature drink which was very delicious but kinda sweet. As it turns out the bartenders behind the bar where actually kind to me and I started to feel more welcome. I definitely want to come back here, just wish it wasn't a long drive but, maybe it's good I don't live close lol I'd probably spend too much time and money here.

My neighborhood association had a pop up business day this past weekend and this company was setup manning the grill and selling some of there Philly cheese steaks and other items such as chicken sandwiches. Spoke to the the people who run it while waiting for the food and they seem like genuinely good people and are Definitely local business so it is easy to support that. From my understanding the long term goal outside of catering and pop up events is to grow to a food truck. Which I think would be great. The area needs a good Philly cheese steak food truck. For a sandwich and a bag of chips it ran around $10. Me and my wife both got Philly cheese steaks. I got mine without onions and mushrooms and she got hers without onions only. The steak comes with the meat, Mayo, cheese and ketchup. Decent sized sandwich and while it looked real messy was a pretty clean eat. I'll be honest. I'm not a huge Philly cheese steak guy. I seen this and thought I'll support local and give it a try. To double down on my honesty I was pleasantly surprised. This was a phenomenal Sandwich. Had amazing flavors and the ingredients mixed perfect together. I've tried some other local phill cheese steaks that's people swear by and I never understood the allure. With this one I can get it. Very good! My wife loves her as well. Overall, always great to see new pop up catering or food trucks around the city. Especially ones that offer a different and specialized menu. Once you take off the shrimp shell, there went the seasoning. As you can see in the second picture the potatoes were dry, very dry. The corn didn't taste like much, like they threw it in the water to boil it but didn't add salt or butter to it to help with the flavor. Most of the dish, I actually threw out since I just didn't enjoy the taste or texture of the meal.
