Time to order was far too long, waited 45 minutes to get our food after we asked why the folks well behind us in line had started eating. Food wise - there's no no way I just spent 45 minutes waiting for a frozen to cooked hamburger patty and cold fries. But i did. Overall, the food was very good. They had a wide selection of craft beers. Some of the beer selections are seasonal. Our waitress provided us with excellent service. The ambience of the establishment was very relaxing, with lots of decor. Definitely happy that I stopped in for dinner. I will definitely return. read more

The food and service at this establishment continuously disappoints. Today was the final straw. A coworker and I both ordered the Chicken Caesar Wrap with french fries. The place was empty and it took about 25 minutes to get our food. When we got our order the fries were COLD and the wrap was hard and crusty. The only reason this place stays in business is because it is convenient for TDY Soldiers on base which I can completely understand. However, it is apparent the management could care less about providing these Soldiers and local Military Familes with decently prepared food and service. It took over 20 minutes for a server to finally come to the table and that was even with me having to say something. It took almost 30 minutes to get the appetizer and it was room temperature. Then almost an hour after the appetizer the hamburgers still had not come out. We gave up and left. If the restaurant is short staffed they should have said something upfront. Lunch time here is okay. They tend to be closed on days you'd think they would be open. The two Asian ladies (Sonya and the other doesn't wear a name tag) that work the bar at night tend to not want to place orders. They have some food items on the menu for lunch that you can ask for at dinner that aren't on the dinner menu, but they will not put it in. For example, you can have a chicken sandwich made into a wrap, but they won't place the order. I'd recommend not sitting at the bar in the evening if you want quick service or just going elsewhere if you want good service and food/drink. You would think it would be monitored better since they are MWR employees. The only thing that separates this from other places around Radcliff is a fence. read more

I have always had the same worker and she is friendly and always helpful. . Food came out in about 10 min and was hot. The Lager burger is decent with the bourbon bbq that comes on it. What a delightful find on the post! This place is huge, brightly lit with a buzzing, pleasant atmosphere. We came for the live country performer, and were pleasantly surprised with service of Richard in the main seating area. We ordered drinks, and they were well made. However, the cocktail menu is extremely limited, and no coke products were available. We had the pretzel bites with an excellent beer cheese and their fried pickles served with boom boom sauce and queso. The queso was great, the boom boom sauce was ok, but not awesome. The entertainer was pretty good, but given the advertisement put forward, not awesome. The outdoor seating area was spacious and comfortable. I look forward to visiting again. read more

Been to this establishment over 50 times. It's your typical pub style food, nothing to call home about but it certainly satisfies ones needs and it's literally the only place to eat on Fort Knox. Dispute the food being "okey", the service is awesome! The ladies that work there will take great care of you! This place would get zero stars if it wasn't on post. The people are very nice that work there, but the food is awful. I think the packaging it came in probably tasted better than the chicken! The salad was pretty on flavorful, and they threw on loads of cheese but even the cheese couldn't provide this junk flavor. It's a nice looking space, and there's room for a banquet if you don't mind eating the crappy food that they serve. On a brighter note, the onion rings were good. Save your stomach and your money, and go to Burger King or Taco John's on post. You'll be better off knowing at least you didn't have to pay a lot for bad food! read more

We were looking for something quick to eat today and we definitely will not be coming back. The food tasted old and oily and as if the oil has not been changed in a while. Bring your patience especially if it's a big group in the sports room area when it comes to ordering drinks or a meal. A great huge space on Fort Knox to hangout with friends or go for the atmosphere. Spent all of my night in the sports room with seven screens for entertainment. Music plays over the loud speaker that's ready to go for karaoke moments. Food was good. This is a pub / bar. It serves drink for consumption. It's laid out enough for locals to hangout eat and drink. Outside of the sports room. I did notice tables and chairs set up for evening type dining. Walk through the sports room and it's a balcony looking over a fireplace. They do have many seating options. However again bring your patience. One of the worst places I have been when it comes to customer service. I have been twice and even made a call in order today and upon calling for a takeout order the woman at the register answered the phone and when she asked what I needed I simply said "A takeout order". To my surprise she responds with "We have a private party until 8 so I can't take your order". I repeated to her what she said and she responds with "yep, I can't take your order, I might be able to later after 8." You mean to tell me a private party has your kitchen staff completely booked and you can not take 1 order for carry out?! Came here with a couple of buddies of mine looking to grab a few beers and a nice dinner after getting back from the field. Unfortunately our service was painfully slow and our server forgot to put one of our appetizers in while at the same time forgot to bring out our coffees. When we reminded her she said she forgot because she was behind with other tables and when we looked around the restaurant was half full, which we all thought was pretty unprofessional of her. When we finally got our coffee it was as cold as our dishes that came out beforehand and we could see the bottom of our coffee cups, because of how watered down they were. I hate leaving negative review, but I gotta say it was really a disappointing dining experience and as one of my buddies put it "it was kind of hard to truly enjoy each other's company, while being neglected by our server." read more

Best wings around Hardin and Meade County. Food is always fresh and the servers will go out of the way to ensure you are taken care of. Only complaint would be the appetizers seem overpriced compared to off post, however they taste good. Beer selection is great for an on post establishment. read more

Great food and beer. I usually get the Lager Burger and a Sam Adams seasonal. The fries are AMAZING! They also have a great buffet on different occasions that is always pretty good. Lots of TVs up in the wall as well to catch different games, and they have a closed off area for group events. read more
