It was karaoke night and just about a dozen regulars hanging out. I was taken aback when we first approached the place, people were smoking in there. But I'm glad we decided to go in. I've gone three times just to get a beer or two and chat with friends, only to leave because of the cover charges. I get that there's a concert going on, but I watched at least 15 people turn away because they didn't know and just wanted to sit in the Grain Haus building and have some beers with friends. One time, the people told us $5 and we decided to pay but had to go get cash. When we came back 15 minutes later, they told us it was $10. It's just disappointing for a place I love.
