When our server finally arrived, she acted like she didn't want to be there. My wife asked for a recommendation, but the response was vague and unhelpful. Our drink order was wrong. My wife and I ordered waters, and our son ordered a Sprite, but we received two lemonades and one water instead. After taking our order, our server disappeared. She never brought our food, checked on us, asked if we needed refills, or stopped by the table again. The manager walked past our table several times but never seemed interested in checking on our experience. The biggest issue was my son's meal. He ordered chicken sliders with the sauce on the side, but they arrived covered in sauce. Another employee took the meal back to be remade, but it came back wrong a second time. By then, my wife and I had already finished eating, and our son had been waiting nearly an hour without a proper meal. When I spoke with the manager, I asked that my son's meal be removed from the bill. Instead of taking responsibility and apologizing, the manager offered excuses rather than solutions. Mistakes can happen, but it's how they're handled that matters. Unfortunately, the customer service from both our server and the manager was disappointing. It's 11:45 in the morning, temperature in the upper 60's and wind blowing at about 20 mph straight in the doors. ONE table asked to open the doors totally disregarding the numerous other patrons. Keep in mind the patio was open, these customers could have eaten on the patio. The wind was extremely chilly and our napkins were blowing off the table. I mentioned to our server we didn't want the doors open and we were uncomfortable. He just grinned and said "It is a little cold" and kept walking on by.
