Husband to me to lunch today at this location probably our third time in a month. We were so disappointed with the service the food was fine. Our waitress took our order & never checked on us or spoke to us the whole time we were there. She was quite friendly to everyone around us so it was like she was deliberately being rude to us for no apparent reason. This was the first we have ever been treated so poorly & the first time ever I thought about not leaving a tip but in the end I couldn't lower myself to her level. read more

Yeah. I'm not a chain restaurant kinda gal. The service was great. Food was meh.... We had a Cuban and fish tacos. I asked if I could have one shrimp and one fish taco and was told that this wasn't possible. The server was apologetic about this and seems it was rules that made no sense. We sat next to a window with no insulation around it and there was way too much cold air coming in. The sandwich was nothing to write home about. Very little meat, bread was very thick and hard. Tacos were okay, not sure about the cheese that was sprinkled on them. Needless to say, won't be doing back. We were told that they were just bought by corporate so there would be remodeling and the menu was new, but that turns me off even more. I like locally owned businesses. read more

Keeping our expectations neutral we decided to give Beef 'O' Brady's a chance with a carry-out order. Service was quick and we were pleasantly surprised by our food when we got it home. My salad was plentiful with all fresh ingredients and tender chopped grilled chicken. I was happy! My husband's onion rings managed to still be crispy and he said his sandwich was good. I tasted the dipping sauce he'd received and it was delicious with a very unexpected slow spicy heat; craveable, honestly. I was little surprised at the low ratings that this restaurant received. While I felt that Beef O'Brady's wasn't exactly gourmet fare, we received good service, hot & reasonably-tasty bar-type food in a clean, attractive environment. Salad was pretty standard bagged type iceberg. The fried pickles and mozzarella sticks were super hot and crispy. Yum. My husband ordered blackened fish. He said it was seasoned well and good tasting. I ordered the special surf and turf. The steak not the best one I have ever eaten, but definitely acceptable for the price. My shrimp were super hot and crispy, but maybe were in the frying just a tad too long, as they were pretty dark brown. Shrimp was okay inside, though. I ordered a baked potato instead of fries. The potato needed to bake a bit longer, as it was still hard on the inside. The guests we were with seemed to enjoy their meals and mixed drinks. The Good: a standard restaurant where you know the food won't taste horrible, they have multiple games on at once, their fries. The Bad: they have direct tv, which means any games on the tv tend to have the signal cut out often, an employee eating in front of the customers while on the clock, the place just isn't very lively, and customer service is subpar. The Rundown: this place is just a sports bar with food, not a particularly good one either. Their beer selection is mostly the low grade Bud, Miller, Coors, with a few decent alternatives. Their burger was actually pretty good and their wings as well, though not really spicy enough for me, the hottest I got was their hot, so if you like spicy go a little higher. Their fries were really good, crispy and flavorful. Coming from working in the food service industry it really bothers me to see when people do things that are obviously something you shouldn't while on the clock, such as eating in front of the customers, our server was doing just that. Must say this location was improvement from my other visit to the 1 that closed in Jeff. My friend and I came in for dinner, no one was at the host stand so we just went to the bar. Well after about 5 minutes or so the bartender showed up, even though there were others in bar area and sitting at the bar we asked for menus. My friend couldn't decide which beer to have, she was able to taste few, but all the ones bartender suggested were to sour. So she just went with Blue Moon, I went with Michelob Amber Bock since I wasn't in mood to try something new. We decided to do the 2 for $20, which is an starter and 2 entrees from selected menu. We ordered soft pretzels for our starter,while we looked over the menu, they were fast in coming out. I did enjoy the cheese sauce that came with it but I had to brush off tons salt from the pretzels (I had asked for light salt). Our meals came out quick also, I ordered their chicken tenders marinara. I did enjoy this and had good portions but the garlic bread that came with it was very salty. My friend got the shrimp, she had asked if she didn't get her 2 sides could she instead get a small salad, they said no unless we wanted to pay another $2.50 she just said she will take the rice and steamed broccoli. The bartender did seem very distracted and had to wave her down to ask for to go boxes and the check. When the check came my friend was in middle finishing up, when she was oh I gave you the wrong check or something like she rang up my friends card under wrong table and we both were bit confused since the bill was our bill and correct total, After she took checks back and then turned around and said oh never mind it is correct. Then she left and another Bartender seem to show up and ask us if everything was okay, we were like ya for most part and thank you and we left. Granted we came in about 9pm, but they were open till 11 so didn't see why all front staff were mia most the time. I enjoy Beef O Bradys. They are a traditional bar- establishment that have wings, beer, burgers, dogs, and fries. This place has great sports on the multiple TVS that they have all around the place. I have not had a bad experience there. I enjoy it and I enjoy drinking cold draft beer, eating hot wings, and watching football here. I do not have any complaints and I think Beefs are a lot like BW3 where they have "naked" wings and the wings are not big like at a hooters or Roosters. That is what is keeping this place from getting a 4 instead of a 3 is the wings are just as expensive as Hooters and Roosters but are not as large. Ordered a carry out order for family and picked it up and got home 25 min away and when we opened it was all wrong food we don't eat. Tried calling more than 10 times and they wouldn't answer. Drove 25min back and the worker wouldn't even say sorry. Waited another 25 min food to be remade and while sitting there they got another persons carry out order wrong that he brought back in that was missing food. I guess you shouldn't expect much from this place but wow, were we underwhelmed. I mean, how hard is it to made a decent sandwich and soup? And when is it OK to blame the incorrect orders on the waitress in training and charge us for what we didn't order? Well, here it is. We ordered the pick 2 for lunch. Turkey sandwich and soup and turkey sandwich and Caesar. The soup was supposed to be chicken tortilla soup. What we got was one slice of turkey with one piece of Swiss cheese melted between an enormous chiabatta roll with guacamole, lettuce and tomato. The soup was thick so thick the spoon stood up in it. The Caesar had lettuce well past it's prime. Neither of those were eaten. The sandwich was supposed to be a half sandwich. It appeared to be a whole sandwich so we asked the waitress if this was the half sandwich which she confirmed was the case. Well, it was not the case and instead of being charged $6.99 for the combo, we were charged $8.99 for the full sandwich. When we didn't eat the soup or salad another lady came to the table and offered to sub something else for the soup and fries were requested for one and nothing for the other. When the bill came, the second waitress explained that we were given the wrong thing and that it was the other lady's fault but we were still paying for what was served, instead of what we ordered. I let her know in no uncertain terms that this was wrong. We paid and left and will never go back. Wouldn't recommend you go there either. Two stars for cleanliness. That's about it. read more

I don't know if management changed recently or what but it seems that this location has really gone down hill in the past year. Tonight my husband and I stopped in for dinner. I ordered the fish and chips. When it came out the fish was dark and greasy. I could tell from the first bite that they had been fried in dirty or old grease. I noticed that the French fries were the same dark, somewhat translucent color and also tasted dirty. I only ate a few bites of each before giving up and trying a dessert. The waitress was nice. She said they only had two desserts. I chose the chocolate lava cake which I watched her put into the microwave in the kitchen for too long. When she brought it out the plastic plate was cracked from the heat and the chocolate burnt. I would not recommend this location and I don't see my family returning. read more

Food is delicious and Anita is a wonderful server. The wings are a family favorite. Wraps and burgers are particularly good, also.

Anita was great. She was really sweet and was on the spot anytime we needed anything. We didn't even need to ask for refills.

My husband ordered carry out food for our family dinner this evening. We all three decided on trying the ribs at Beef's. Our son tried his ribs first and just put them down on the plate after one bite. He showed me how the white fat was still on the ribs.....something that should have been removed with proper cooking. Both my husband's ribs and my ribs were the same as my son's ribs. The slaw did not have a good taste and had way too much dressing. The onion rings were rubbery.....not crisp. The fries were okay. My husband likes their fish and chips. My kids like their food and the kids portions are great for the price. They also are great about giving back to the community and holding fundraisers for the local community kids sports teams and such . These reasons are why they are getting a 3 start review.
