They came out hot and delicious. I was expecting more than just ketchup as a topping, but they were still good. The fries were terribly warm, but they were good. It's a bar atmosphere which seems to be pretty appropriate. The back bar has a great selection of bourbons. I'll probably try something different than the sliders in my next visit.

We we greeted as we came in by Mary Beth who was the mixologist of the day. We were self seated at the bar to get first hand experience. Menus were given to us, certain items were pointed out as favorites and drink order was placed. We ordered the chicken sliders and the Knocker Burger which is one of the original burgers from the original Tavern in Louisville. Octoberfest was ordered along with a Diet Coke/bourbon. The Octoberfest was good, however there was a little twist of berry hint to it. I asked about it and was explained that the prior pour was a blueberry drink and the flavor was still infused in the lines after flushing. Kayla was the manager and she was concocting some new drink creations for the upcoming widow walk. People go from place to place ( similar to a pub crawl ). They were taste testing to have a go to drink for the themed walk. They are also gearing up for Harvest Homecoming. Our food was delivered nice and fresh. The sliders were very good. The burger was tasty and filling; so only ate 1/2. The fries were really good and nicely salted, not too much or too little. All in all a nice establishment to visit. Might have to check out the widow walk when time comes around.

Well to our surprise it's not a dive bar but the 19th hole of a golf course. Lots of people enjoying their end of golfing as we arrived about 5:30pm. The bar/restaurant was a fairly large building and roomy. We're waited on very quickly. The waitress was very good and attentive. She took our drink order and followed up with a food order. We had quesadilla cheese and chicken with peppers. It was okay; sometimes there is only so much you can do with a quesadilla I had the wings with bbq moonshine sauce. These were really good and tasty and decent size. I was pleasantly surprised but glad I ordered them - even though I didn't finish them; I almost ordered another order to take home..... but I abstained for the sake of eating too much. Nice place to stop in at!

They've done a remarkable job with the pavilion and turned it into a sports bar. 8 or 9 nice TVs and two awesome golf simulators. The food was really solid, we all split things to try more options. We had a smaller menu to go off of than what they will have at full opening but I can definitively say that the chicken salad sandwich and the potato salad are awesome. The Mac and cheese bites, onion rings, tenders and fries were all great options as well. Can't wait to see this place fully open and be an asset to the Knobs!

Even before we were seated, I noticed a server wearing a green bandanna speaking to another employee, who we later learned was the manager on duty, in a way that seemed unprofessional and unfriendly. After we were seated, my wife asked if we could move because she was cold. We then waited about 15 minutes before anyone came to our table. When our server finally arrived, she acted like she didn't want to be there. My wife asked for a recommendation, but the response was vague and unhelpful. Our drink order was wrong. My wife and I ordered waters, and our son ordered a Sprite, but we received two lemonades and one water instead. After taking our order, our server disappeared. She never brought our food, checked on us, asked if we needed refills, or stopped by the table again. The manager walked past our table several times but never seemed interested in checking on our experience. The biggest issue was my son's meal. He ordered chicken sliders with the sauce on the side, but they arrived covered in sauce. Another employee took the meal back to be remade, but it came back wrong a second time. By then, my wife and I had already finished eating, and our son had been waiting nearly an hour without a proper meal. When I spoke with the manager, I asked that my son's meal be removed from the bill. Instead of taking responsibility and apologizing, the manager offered excuses rather than solutions. Mistakes can happen, but it's how they're handled that matters. Unfortunately, the customer service from both our server and the manager was disappointing. We left frustrated, and based on this experience, we will not be returning to this location.

We seated ourselves as there was no host but lots of waiters/waitress walking around. We sat at a simple rail table and waited for someone to wait on us and take our drink, food order. The staff just seemed oblivious to our being there and walked past several times. I finally went to the waitress station and got the attention of I believe the manager; He took my drink order; a Diet Coke wit bourbon and a Gallant Chocolate Stout. The tap spit so he went back to tap another keg. Was taking sometime; so got attention of the bartender ( Chrisella sp? ). I switched to a Founders stout and DC/bourbon. She was on it and gave me menus. Took drinks back to table and looked over the menu options. Many sounded very good; but still no one to take order. Went to waitress station and Sella took our order. 1 mile burger and one smash burger and split fries. We moved to the bar as a few patrons had left. Enjoyed game and soon food arrived. The burgers were really good and fries nice and crisp. Seen some pretty nice hot dogs served along with some hot fries. Even though service was mostly extinct, Chrisella made up for it. I'd like to plan to come back and try a few other interesting food and drink items. They do have one of the more comprehensive lists of beer line ups in the local area. I really liked the outside Biergarten and the business is very spacey and nicely decorated and lots of seating area.

The old fashioned was a miss for me and two others. We switched to wine. Oddly sweet, bitter mix off and not enough bourbon. My glass of Malbec was much better but it took so long to get I that I drank most of it after dinner. We got the meatball appetizer as well as the one described as an empanada. Most of us enjoyed them. I thought both lacked flavor and wouldn't order them again. The bread - amazing! My steak and frites were good and I ate it all. I'm so happy I got the sauce on the side - that would've ruined the flavor. A bit fatty but filling. Others didn't enjoy their steaks as much - one requested medium rare came almost well and had to be exchanged. Another steak was described as oddly tough, another said it wasn't too fatty. For a steakhouse, it should be the main feature. Service was professional and friendly... and also incredibly slow. I was at dinner over 3 hours and we didn't have dessert! We had long pauses between visits to the table, even in the beginning when we wanted drink orders. The space is also very loud. I strained to hear my co-workers at dinner and my head ached at the end of dinner. That's too bad because the vibe of the restaurant is cool and modern, but I also want relaxing. Based on this visit, I wouldn't bring folks back. It's too expensive to recommend even I choose to visit myself.
