This Fazoli's on Dixie has been around ever since I can remember. Oh the sweet childhood memories when my mom would bring me here on Tuesdays for the discounted kids meals. This building still stands strong after all these years. Recently this place has been a hit and a miss. I have no complaints about the staff or interior of the building. The food has been kind of a hit and a miss. I recently ordered their double slice pepperoni on 2 different occasions because yes I fell in love with the place again. One time they kind of over cooked the pizza but, it was still good another time the pizza seemed a little under cooked. I actually liked it better a little crispier. I kind of just pick the toppings off and ate them that way. One things for sure, the breadsticks here are absolutely the best!!! They have not changed the ingredients and taste the same from when I was a kid. I do like this Fazoli's but, I wish they would be consistent in the way they cook the pizza. What happened? Brought home my lasagna and it was so salty I could not eat it! I threw away over 2/3 of it.

The best restaurant ever I recommend going A little trick I like to do is dip the breadsticks and the Alfredo sauce the service was so fast the lighting was good. I even liked the music. You should go here so good (Sorry no pics next time) read more

I had an online for Fazoli's today the problem wasn't the food the problem is the workers. I was told to pull to window and when I got to the window one of the workers said pull up hoe and kept repeating it. I will never return to this place again. I have already sent corporate an email about this matter and I did include my order number. read more

What we ordered vs what we received... unacceptable. Ordered a "New York Style Cheesecake" but received a cheesecake without any toppings and thrown in the container... Drove 25 minutes for this and it's not even worth driving back to get a refund. I knew I should have trusted my gut and went to Olive Garden instead. Lesson learned. I don't believe I have ever given this type of establishment 5 stars, but they deserve it. I was greeted immediately when I walked in. My order was handled quickly & delivered to the table hot, fresh & yummy. The establishment is very clean and I couldn't find dirt even when I was looking for it. (You know, windowsills, under tables, etc) I had a small issue while I was here that I brought to the attention of the young man behind the counter. He immediately apologized & corrected it...no questions asked. A young lady named Sarah was exceptionally friendly & always offering you warm, fresh breadsticks. She made it a point to ask each guest if she could bring them anything. When she wasn't interacting with customers she was always cleaning something. This girl doesn't let any grass grow under her feet! It's rare to see a young lady working so hard in a place like this. She deserves a raise! This is my first time at Fazoli's in many years, but if this representative of the way they all are...they can expect me to become a regular again. read more

This Fazoil's is usually not too busy. When you have young kids who love spaghetti and this is close, this is where you end up. They do have a rewards program where you can opt into texts and get discounted meals, free stuff and more. We aren't members simply because we don't eat here very often. Today we are around 5ish on a Saturday and there was no wait to take our order. Young lady at counter was friendly. We ordered a kids spaghetti meal, baked Alfredo combo with a slice of pizza, and a side Cesar salad. Was $18, which isn't too pricey for three people. They have the coke freestyle machine which allows you to choose your drink options, tons to choose from. The silverware is at condiments and drink center so be sure to grab them before you sit. They will bring your meal to your seat. See pictures of our food, it was just ok! Cesar side salad is simply lettuce with a few pieces of Parmesan cheese and a packet of dressing. I added as much as I could to it, so I could eat it. My son ate is cheese pizza slice and only a few bites of his spaghetti. My daughter only ate half of her baked Alfredo. We had to ask for additional breadsticks, usually they come around and ask, this time no one came around at all. The breadsticks are unlimited and are super salty and greasy. This is truly just a request of my 7 year old, if not we would not have chosen to eat there. It's food and the restaurant seems clean, that's about it. read more

Greeted by a friendly face as we walked up to place our order. Ordering went smooth, then we took some hot bread sticks to our table as we waited for our food. Food came hot and fast..... (see pic). Came very close to closing after a rough day for my family. Ordered a bunch of food (I know is a dick move and normally wouldn't pull it). The manager, im assuming, older white gentleman was so kind. My moms card declined and he even offered to take some off so we could pay. We had cash thankfully and was absolutely so nice and professional when giving us all the food in the window. Also very fast work from the staff inside. Highly recommend going there!! read more

This place is a roll of the dice. I don't come often but as a busy working mom of 2 I've come several times to cover dinner when it's been one of those days. After this most recent visit I won't be coming back again. Long day, husband was working late, and kids weren't feeling good. Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 meals + a kids meal. Also ordered extra sauce because on more than one occasion I've gotten home with food from here and there has barely been enough sauce to cover the pasta. So, I made it a point to prevent that by ordering extra. Got home with 3 meals, none of which had adequate sauce and the extra sauce I ordered was not included. Couldn't go back because it was too late and I wasn't about to load my small kids up in the car again and drive back up there. So I called and got poor service over the phone instead. Young woman reluctantly pulled the order and told me I wasn't charged for extra sauce (even though I asked twice in the drive thru to include it with my order). Refused to do anything to make the situation right. I ended up making my own spaghetti sauce for the meals I purchased. Waste of money + waste of time = one tired, frustrated mama. Ok, soooo Fazoli's always has decent food so that's a GIVEN but my last visit was awesome The young lady who took my order in the drive thru gave me coupons which amounted to a $5 discount!!! We were staying at an RV park in Shepherdsville KY. It was one of those days we wanted to eat out but we are on KETO. I found Fazoli's had a Keto Flatbread for 6 carbs. I did not expect it to be good but went anyway. ITALIAN on Keto. Oh yeah. The flatbread was awesome. Big enough for me and adding a Caesar only cost 4 more carbs. My husband ate the baked meatballs for 5 carbs. We were in Keto heaven. They also have a nice selection of Zero sugar drinks. You need to advertise these selections more. Place was clean and the service was good. Going back whenever we find one. read more

I can't believe I'm writing a review on Fazoli's. Really I'm only doing it to offer some balance to the review that already exists on this place. I am just not a fan of Fazoli's. I mean, It's edible. It has a decent flavor. But it's just too much sauce. A saucey mess. I reckon the sauce is for flavor... I don't know. But anything you get is completely covered in sauce. Sauce. Sauce. Sauce. I will say that their breadsticks are amazing. Of course they are, though. They are bread covered in butter and salt. As well, they have one of those new Coke machines, where you can get all different flavored cokes and flavored waters... Some people like this and think it is neat. I do not. A few reasons. (a) It seldom has what you want. You push the button for "Coke" and it brings up 8 different flavors or whatever, but only two are options because they're out of the flavors you want. (b) It creates a long line at the drink machine, because people either don't have a clue what they're doing when they get to the drink machine, or they're looking through all of the options. This is annoying for me, because I drink water. So I have to stand in line just to get water. Silly. The food is marginal, and the drink machine is annoying. But the prices aren't bad, and it is clean. 2.3 stars. Rounded down equates to 2 stars. read more

This is hands down one of my favorite fast food restaurants. My meal is always hot and fresh and the side of warm breadsticks can never be pushed away. I usually opt for dining in, but I was in a hurry to get home so I went through the drive through. I ordered my fave, the baked spaghetti. My meal was ready in less than 4min. My breadsticks that came with my food were fresh and hot and my spaghetti just right. If you want a simple classic meal and not in the mood to cook, I recommend stopping here and grabbing a bite! read more

Wen thru the drive thru to get Chicken Parmesan sandwich only to get chicken parmesan with pork in it. As a Jew I can not touch or consume pork but here it sits in my food. I should of known something was wrong when the young lady gave me the wrong change back. Then when I called the restaurant number no one answered the phone. I called ten times back to back from different phones still no one answered. Beyond pissed, you give me the wrong food then I have to wait till the next day just to get my money back or even get the issue resolved!!! The food is good. The service is horrible. You always have to ask for more breadsticks. Which is odd because they have one person walking around that is supposed to give them out. Always had a good experience at this location. I love the new coca-cola freestyle machine they recently installed. The food is always good. The bread sticks are always hot. The restaurant is always clean and the staff is friendly. One of the best places to eat in Valley Station. read more
