Everything is here!!! Food, shopping, beauty, fun, music, books, you name it! With over 37 shopping stores and over 25 eating spots this Town Center is definitely your one stop shop! Plenty of parking along side the entire area, finding parking is never an issue. The employees in this town center all seem to love what they do! No one comes across as negative nor rude. I'd suggest any new to the area to go and check out this location! You will not regret it!

This is a nice and clean area to shop...open areas...only a few empty stores after Covid. Great options to select from!

You win. *lol*

I dig this outdoor mall. It has the staples. Claire's, VS, Teavana, Macy's, movie theater (a FANTASTIC movie theater), food places, central area for displays and hosting seasonal events, even a B&N for good measure. Also, there are some specialty stores sprinkled around. Oh, there's a college there, too. So, parking and "business" has those kind of peaks. They have workshare space/virtual offices (Regus) and apartments, too. Many of the independant shops are military and teacher friendly, offering discounts of 10% or more.

Shops and Lights.

It's a cute outdoor mall. Expect: outdoor entertainment, lots of restaurants, and retailers all looking to peak your interest.

I love me a bit of Downtown Hampton. It's a bit of a quiet, hidden gem that most don't go out of…read moretheir way for. No idea why not, there's so much on offer down here! Events? My favorite is the New Year Block Party, complete with a crab pot drop. But there's also block parties all year round for different events. Then there's the annual Blackbeard Pirate festival over in Mill Point Park and Bay Days. The Virginia Air & Space Museum also offers a lot of events for kids and families - never a bad shout for young and old explorers alike. Dining or Drinking? There's plenty of options in Downtown, with the favorites being along E Queen St. Marker 20, Venture, Brown Chicken Brown Cow, Taphouse, Musasi, and over on Settlers Landing Rd you have Bull Island Brewing Company and Latitude 37. There's plenty of residential options, two higher education facilities, and retail options - just a stone throw away from I-64. If you haven't made a trip down here, give it a go. Retail shops are mostly independent and offer a range of unique gifts, art, jewelry, clothing, pottery, and more! So shop small, and support local!!! Downtown is defined by it's waterfront, and of course the marina and piers. There are multiple garages (mostly FREE) and on-street parking spaces throughout, but better yet, on a sunny day, the walkable area along Hampton River waterfront is breathtaking and incomparable.

Before I begin let me start off by saying that this review is based solely upon my personal…read moreexperiences and my personal experiences alone, so without further delay let's begin!. My wife and I decided to visit a store located in the mall and just parked in the parking lot and walked through Dillards towards one of the mall entrances... I have been here on a number of occasions recently but have not checked in, I almost forgot this time too but remembered on the way out the mall..I was only able to take one picture looking out at the mall entrance from inside Dillards department store!. I would and will return when I'm in the neighborhood again!.,

This mall is great and I hate to give it a negative review over one store but unfortunately since…read morethat store is in this mall this is the only place I can leave this review and this needs to be seen. DO NOT go into the Spencer's in this mall. I have never been met with pushier staff, I was told the same thing repeatedly about the same sale that was posted all over the store already. When I did not respond to that I was pushed to look at more things over in a different spot, i understand that their goal is to sell their products but it was getting annoying to this point. So I went to the back got what I actually came for and went to check out and get out. When checking out the employee was trying upsell me into getting their brand of batteries which i declined. She then proceeded to get very forceful and began to tell me those were the only batteries that would make it work, I told her I knew this was not true as I have the same product already and have used other batteries for it. She then lied to me again and told me that it would explode and she's only telling me the truth and that it's not the same product because they came out with a new line. Which I at that point knew was entirely false bought the batteries because I knew she was not going to stop. As I left the store complaining about being upsold she proceeded to follow me out of the store claiming she is the manager and she is not upselling and she continued to talk to me with a horrible attitude the entire way out of the store genuinely causing a scene. This experience was truly disgusting and so disappointing I will never be returning there if I even come back to this mall at all.
