Our company manages home services for many thousands of homeowners across the United States and we are successful because we partner with quality service providers who represent professional work of integrity we can count on. The Norpac website claims the business "values honesty, integrity..and guarantee your satisfaction" This was far from the experience we had with Norpac. The business owner was dismissive and abrasive of our employee's communication along with the homeowner's specific needs and requests. This resulted in an exhaustive exchange where in the end no work was completed, but a full charge to our homeowner by Norpac. We lost communication with the business owner while working to resolve the matter, yet continued receiving invoices. Of course, we took care of our homeowner to their satisfaction by covering the unjust costs, but we will not be working with Norpac and would recommend avoid working with them as well.
