For which I agreed to pay more money to have them provide pest control, get on the roof to remove bee and wasp nests, to spray, and deweb. This is the 5th time I've had to call and complain that they did not do the services contracted and paid to do. This time, I asked someone to meet me to see what they had not done. The man who I assume is the owner was argumentative and said they were not doing the things I wanted because their staff was scared. I informed him that I had complained 5 times, and this is the first time I have heard this and had them admit that they were not going to do those services contacted and paid to do. So all these years they have been taking my money with no intention of providing the services contracted to do. No wonder I have been totally dissatisfied. The best part is as I'm telling him what they did not do that was included in the paid service, he's stated they will not do it, they will be taking the bait boxes that I had already paid 3 months service for (which were placed a week ago) and canceling my service because I complained. I warn everyone not to use this company due to unethical business practices, poor customer services, and quality of service. I will also be following this with a BBB complaint and disputing the charges I paid on my credit card due to them not being provided. Please beware if you consider hiring this company!! Attached are 8 bees/wasp nests that remained the day their service was completed. Oh, I forgot to mention I'm highly allergic and why I'm so upset that they did not do their job!

He has good knowledge of little pests. He looked behind my stove and blocked some of the entrances, looked under my fireplace and found tiny little footsteps where they had been. Turns out in the winter they like the warmth under the fireplace. He set about three or four traps; one in my garage, one by the outside of the fireplace and one in the backyard. Jonas would come every couple of weeks to check them and show me how much they'd eaten. It's been a couple of months now and I haven't seen any little pests around. Hopefully they won't return. Shortly after that I received a text message response asking for my full name, address, and email so that they could enter my information into the computer. That struck me as odd, but given the situation I was facing, I gave them the requested information. After that they told me that the earliest they could talk to me was Monday at either 9:00 AM or 4:00 PM. It was unfortunate to have to wait two days just to talk to someone, but I assumed they must have been very busy. We scheduled an appointment for 9:00 AM Monday morning over text. However, when 9:00 AM came around I didn't hear from anyone. I tried calling the number that had texted me, but it went to voicemail. I tried calling the main number I had called on Saturday, and it also went to voicemail. After nearly an hour of waiting, I texted the number explaining that I had to go into a meeting at 10:00 AM and asked if we could reschedule for the 4:00 PM time slot. At 9:57 AM, the person responded saying they were "just getting ready to call", but that we could talk at 4:00 PM instead. Now imagine my surprise when the person from Pest Fighter tried calling me at 3:37 PM. Then again at 3:40 PM. And then texts me at 3:44 PM asking why I was not answering. I responded to the text immediately, explaining that I was in a meeting until 4:00 PM. I asked them to call me at 4:00 PM, like we had agreed on previously. After that message I never received another text from them. When I called shortly after 4:00 PM, my calls went to voicemail. To this day, I have never received a response from anyone at Pest Fighter. No texts, no calls, nothing. I debated posting this review. Maybe Pest Fighters provides good service if you can actually talk to someone, but I wouldn't know. After playing an unprofessional game of phone tag, I contacted another service who was not only able to talk to me, but who was also able to make it out to my house at the time they said they would.

Apparently, Classic Pest Control & Insulation is unable to schedule visits in advance.
